Sri. Pramoth, Sub Inspector, Cyberdome, and Sri. Abhijith A represented Cyberdome, Thiruvananthapuram, as speakers at c0c0n 2025, held recently at the Grand Hyatt, Kochi.
They delivered an insightful session on “Exposing the Evolving Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures of Malicious APK Developers: A Law Enforcement Perspective”, highlighting how threat actors weaponize Android APKs and how law enforcement agencies are countering these evolving threats.

Hac’KP 2025 – Kerala Police International Hackathon Concludes
The 6th edition of Hac’KP 2025, organized by Kerala Police Cyberdome, concluded at Taj Vivanta, Kochi. Over 4 days, participants from across the globe collaborated to design innovative solutions to combat online harm, with a strong focus on child safety in cyberspace.
The closing ceremony was graced by Shri. P. Rajeev, Hon’ble Minister for Industries, Law and Coir, Government of Kerala; Adv. M. Anilkumar, Hon’ble Mayor of Kochi; and Shri. Hibi Eden, Hon’ble MP, Ernakulam. The dignitaries applauded the participants and highlighted the importance of collective action for a safer digital future.
Awards were presented across four categories—Most Collaborative Person, Most Creative Implementation, Most Lightweight Solution, and Most Unconventional Approach. Mentors, partners, and volunteers were also honoured for their invaluable contributions.
Hac’KP 2025 reaffirmed its role as a platform where ideas transform into impact, paving the way toward a secure and responsible cyberspace.
