SUMMER FESTIVAL AT RAFFLES UDAI SAGAR

The historic Summer Festival at Raffles Udaisagar was held on 26th May 2024 by Rotary Club of Udaipur.

This is the first time in the history of Rotary that presence of 241+Rotarians and Anns along with their families was witnessed. All the club members were entertained by various types of games, dances, songs and music,In which all the club members participated with enthusiasm. Welcome drinks, high tea and gala dinner was enjoyed by all. Thanks to all the Rotarians and Anns families who Made the program historic by breaking all records. Thanks also to many of our fellow Rotarians who attended this program after a long time.

A free medical consultation and acupuncture treatment camp was organized on 24th and 25th May 2024 under the joint aegis of Rotary Club of Udaipur and Seva Bharti Hospital. Club President MPHF Rtn Girish Mehta told that in the camp,old patients were treated with breathing, knee, head and back pain problems of patients through acupuncture method.
82 candidates took benefit of treatment in this camp.

Rotary Club of Udaipur in association with Alok School celebrated World Laughter Day.

World Laughter Day is dedicated to celebrating the art of laughter and its remarkable ability to refresh and heal individuals. It's a moment to reflect on the importance of humour and laughter in our daily lives. This annual celebration occurs on the first Sunday of May, aiming to raise awareness about the countless advantages of laughter.

Club President Rtn. Girish Mehta 's birthday was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Hotel Hill Top. Former club president, PDG, board members and club members sent their best wishes to the club president. On this occasion, Fellowship was organized for all the Rotarians by the Club President. Rotarians were present in large numbers. Like every year, this year too a meal was organized for the children of the Deaf and Mute School.

Like every year, this year on 07th April 2024,also under the joint aegis of Rotary Club of Udaipur, All India New Year Celebration Committee and Alok Sansthan, 'Apna Desh-Apna Vesh, program was organized on Fatehsagar Pal.On this occasion, Guinness Book of World Record holder Kathak Ashram gave beautiful presentations under the guidance of Chandrakala Choudhary. Certificates were given to all the children below 12 years of age who came wearing turban during the turban celebrations. Besides, turban tying was also organized and ramp walk was organized. On this occasion an exhibition of royal royal pagodas was organized. On this occasion, Club President MPHF Rtn Girish Mehta , Director of Alok Institute Dr. Pradeep Kumawat, Rotary Trust US Chauhan, Vice Chancellor of Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth and President of Bhupal Noble University S.S. Sarangdevot, Udaipur Development Authority Secretary Jitendra Ojha, PDG Nirmal Singhvi and officials from other organizations and the general public were present.

Rotary Club of Udaipur celebrated its Holi Milan ceremony on Thursday, 21st March 2024 at Rotary Bajaj Bhawan. All the members of the club along with their families participated in this program. On this occasion, the Club President Rtn Girish Mehta said that this festival of Holi is an occasion of love and brotherhood. The club president and secretary welcomed all the members by applying tilak with gulal and flowers. On this occasion, flowers and herbal gulal were played. A special performance given by Rajasthani Bhavai dance artists celebrated the atmosphere in this program. Anchor Chauhan, who was specially invited to the program, made the program even more pleasant by singing filmy Holi songs and anchor Manish by mimicking film artists. Also, the gifts kept for the winners of balloon dance, games and interesting quiz related to Holi kept specially for the members should be special. Spectacular fireworks were also set off on this occasion.

On this occasion, the club president welcomed all the new members joining the Rotary family, Mr. Siddharth Chaudhary, Mr. Hemant Lodha, Mrs. Seema Jasuja, Mr. Sanjeev Kothari, Mr. Kuldeep Nahar, Dr. Sunil Goyal and introduced them to all the members and DG administered the oath of club membership to all the new members, former club president PDG Ramesh Chaudhary, Rtn Virendra Siroya and Rtn Dr. A.K. Gupta made all the new members wear Uparna and gave them Rotary Pin. More than 150 people participated in this program. At the end, everyone was thanked by the Club Secretary and enjoyed a delicious meal.
