๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ข๐๐ญ-๐๐๐ฏ๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐ฆ๐ฉ๐จ๐จ๐ซ๐ง๐๐ญ๐ ๐๐๐ก๐ข๐ฒ๐๐ง ๐๐๐ฆ๐ฆ๐๐ง ๐๐๐ฆ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ก ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ค๐๐ง๐ค๐ฌ๐ก๐ ๐๐๐๐ญ :
The District-Level Sampoornata Abhiyan Samman Samaroh for Udalguri District was successfully conducted on 6th August 2025 at Barangajuli Satra Community Hall, No.1 Uttar Dimakuchi, under Bhergaon Development Block.
The programme was graced by Shri Pulak Patgiri, ACS, District Commissioner of Udalguri, as the Chief Guest. The event was also attended by Shri Ringkang Mashahary, ACS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, I/C SDO(C) Bhergaon & I/C Project Director, DRDA Udalguri; Miss Kashyapee Kashyap, ACS, and Miss Ananya Dutta, ACS, Assistant Commissioners of Udalguri; and Miss Rumita Das, ACS, Assistant Commissioner, SDO(C) Bhergaon, Executive Magistrate, and Nodal Officer of the Aspirational Blocks Programme.
Other dignitaries included Shri Jousrang Boro, Representative of the Honโble Speaker of the Assam Legislative Assembly, along with Heads of Departments, Sub-Divisional Officers, Block-level officials, and frontline workers such as ASHAs, CHOs, AWWs, AWHs, Jeevika Sakhis, Agriculture Extension Assistants, and CRCCs from the Education Department, who attended in large numbers.
During the ceremony, Certificates of Acknowledgement were ceremonially distributed to District and Block level officials, as well as frontline workers, for their contribution in achieving saturation across specific indicators during the Sampoornata Abhiyan campaign (4th July โ 30th September 2024) under the Aspirational Districts/Blocks Programme. Remaining certificates were handed over to the respective departments for distribution.
The event also featured the inauguration of โ๐จ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ฏ๐๐๐โ, an initiative promoting local artisans and Self-Help Groups (SHGs) in alignment with the โVocal for Localโ campaign. The Haat was organized at Dimakuchi Market, Near Dimakuchi Police Station, No.1 Uttar Dimakuchi from 6th to 12th August 2025.

The week-long ๐จ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ฏ๐๐๐ concluded on 12th August 2025 with a Capacity Building Session and Prize Distribution Ceremony at Barangajuli Satra Community Hall, Bhergaon Block.
The concluding programme, chaired by Ms. Rumita Das, ACS, Assistant Commissioner-cum-Executive Magistrate, Bhergaon Sub-Division & Nodal Officer-ABP, featured thematic sessions on:
1. Orientation on Government Schemes
2. Financial Inclusion
3. Marketing, Packaging, and Branding
4. Training on E-Commerce Platforms such as ONDC and GeM
The sessions were facilitated by the State Financial Inclusion Coordinator of Microsave Consulting (Development Partner), along with experts from the Departments of Sericulture, Handloom & Textiles, Fisheries, Veterinary, DICC, ASRLM, CRISIL, and CFL.
Awards were conferred under three categories:
โข Highest Selling Stall: Anjika Weaving (Handloom Products โ Mostly Eri) with sales of โน2,37,550
โข Most Visited Stall: Anjika Weaving (Handloom Products โ Mostly Eri)
โข Unique Product Stall: Aparjeta SHG (Handicrafts from bamboo, cane, and dried coconut shells)
Additionally, Certificates of Appreciation were presented to all 30 participating SHGs, MSMEs, and entrepreneurs for their efforts in showcasing local products and promoting rural entrepreneurship.
