𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭-𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐀𝐛𝐡𝐢𝐲𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐚 𝐇𝐚𝐚𝐭 :

The District-Level Sampoornata Abhiyan Samman Samaroh for Udalguri District was successfully conducted on 6th August 2025 at Barangajuli Satra Community Hall, No.1 Uttar Dimakuchi, under Bhergaon Development Block.

The programme was graced by Shri Pulak Patgiri, ACS, District Commissioner of Udalguri, as the Chief Guest. The event was also attended by Shri Ringkang Mashahary, ACS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, I/C SDO(C) Bhergaon & I/C Project Director, DRDA Udalguri; Miss Kashyapee Kashyap, ACS, and Miss Ananya Dutta, ACS, Assistant Commissioners of Udalguri; and Miss Rumita Das, ACS, Assistant Commissioner, SDO(C) Bhergaon, Executive Magistrate, and Nodal Officer of the Aspirational Blocks Programme.

Other dignitaries included Shri Jousrang Boro, Representative of the Hon’ble Speaker of the Assam Legislative Assembly, along with Heads of Departments, Sub-Divisional Officers, Block-level officials, and frontline workers such as ASHAs, CHOs, AWWs, AWHs, Jeevika Sakhis, Agriculture Extension Assistants, and CRCCs from the Education Department, who attended in large numbers.

During the ceremony, Certificates of Acknowledgement were ceremonially distributed to District and Block level officials, as well as frontline workers, for their contribution in achieving saturation across specific indicators during the Sampoornata Abhiyan campaign (4th July – 30th September 2024) under the Aspirational Districts/Blocks Programme. Remaining certificates were handed over to the respective departments for distribution.

The event also featured the inauguration of “𝑨𝒂𝒌𝒂𝒏𝒌𝒔𝒉𝒂 𝑯𝒂𝒂𝒕”, an initiative promoting local artisans and Self-Help Groups (SHGs) in alignment with the “Vocal for Local” campaign. The Haat was organized at Dimakuchi Market, Near Dimakuchi Police Station, No.1 Uttar Dimakuchi from 6th to 12th August 2025.

𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐚 𝐇𝐚𝐚𝐭 :

The week-long 𝑨𝒂𝒌𝒂𝒏𝒌𝒔𝒉𝒂 𝑯𝒂𝒂𝒕 concluded on 12th August 2025 with a Capacity Building Session and Prize Distribution Ceremony at Barangajuli Satra Community Hall, Bhergaon Block.

The concluding programme, chaired by Ms. Rumita Das, ACS, Assistant Commissioner-cum-Executive Magistrate, Bhergaon Sub-Division & Nodal Officer-ABP, featured thematic sessions on:
1. Orientation on Government Schemes
2. Financial Inclusion
3. Marketing, Packaging, and Branding
4. Training on E-Commerce Platforms such as ONDC and GeM

The sessions were facilitated by the State Financial Inclusion Coordinator of Microsave Consulting (Development Partner), along with experts from the Departments of Sericulture, Handloom & Textiles, Fisheries, Veterinary, DICC, ASRLM, CRISIL, and CFL.

Awards were conferred under three categories:
• Highest Selling Stall: Anjika Weaving (Handloom Products – Mostly Eri) with sales of ₹2,37,550
• Most Visited Stall: Anjika Weaving (Handloom Products – Mostly Eri)
• Unique Product Stall: Aparjeta SHG (Handicrafts from bamboo, cane, and dried coconut shells)

Additionally, Certificates of Appreciation were presented to all 30 participating SHGs, MSMEs, and entrepreneurs for their efforts in showcasing local products and promoting rural entrepreneurship.

The 79th Independence Day of India was celebrated in Bhergaon Sub-Division by Bhergaon Civil Administration with due splendor. Sri Ringkang Mashahary, ACS, ADC, i/c Bhergaon Sub-Division attended the programme as the Chief Guest and addressed the gathering at the Mahakumadhipotir Bakori
The event was graced by the presence Sri Daobaisa Boro, EM, BTC, Kokrajhar, Sri Bhabendra Boro, MCLA, Khwirwbari BTCC, Sri Lwmsrao Daimary, Ex-EM, BTC, Sri Nerswn Boro, Ex-Dy-Speaker, BTC, Sri Ratiram Boro, Ex-MCLA, BTC and many other dignitaries. Heads of Departments of various government offices, teachers and students from different schools and the public. The active participation of all contributed to the successful celebration of the 79th Independence Day at Bhergaon.

On 21/06/205, the 11th International Day of Yoga was observed at Kalaguru Bishna Prasad Rabha Bhawan, Bhergaon by Bhergaon Sub-Divisional Administration. It was ceremonially inaugurated by Sri Daobaisa Boro, Hon’ble EM, BTC, Kokrajhar in presence of Shri Ringkang Mashahary, ACS, ADC, i/c, SDO (Civil) Bhergaon, Shri Durga Kingkar Sarma, SDPO, Bhergaon, Sri Bhaskar Jyoti Das, ACS, AC, Bhergaon, Sri Angshuman Hazarika, ACS, AC, Bhergaon & Smt. Rumita Das, ACS, AC , Bhergaon. Many teachers and students of various colleges & schools, departmental heads and staffs of Bhergaon Sub-Division, other dignitaries and student organizations attended the programme. Besides, soldiers/jawans from Hatigarh Army camp also participated in the programme.
Yoga instructor Shri Biswajit Kachary and his team demonstrated the asanas to all the participating audience.

Today, on 3rd October, 2024, a farewell programme of Smt Rini Hazarika, Assistant Commissioner, Bhergaon was held at SDO (Civi)l Office, Bhergaon by SDO (Civil), Bhergaon. Sri Ringkang Mashahary ACS, ADC, ic, SDO (Civil) Bhergaon, Sri Angshuman Hazarika, ACS, Assistant Commissioner, Smt .Rumita Das, ACS, Assistant Commissioner, Bhergaon, Sri Bigrai Basumatary, SDIPRO, Bhergaon and all staffs of SDO (Civil) and SDIPRO Bhergaon were present in the programme.

Today on 19/09/2024 at Mahiranga Faothinasali Khoirabari, the Sub-Divisional Administration, Bhergaon as a part of District Administration organized the Virtual launch event of Orunodoi 3.0. The event was graced by the presence of Hon'ble Speaker, Assam Legislative Assembly cm MLA Panery Constituency, Sri Biswajit Daimary, Hon'ble EM BTR Sri Daobaisa Boro, Hon'ble MCLA Bhergaon Sri Bhaben Boro, ADC i/c SDO (Civil) Bhergaon, Sri Ringkhang Mashahary, ACS, all Assistant Commissioners of SDO(civil) Bhergaon , CO Khoirabari, BDO Khoirabari and Bhergaon Development Block and all the other dignitaries and public of No.45 LAC, Bhergaon were present in the programme.

Biswakarma Puja was celebrated by SDO (Civil) Administration , Bhergaon with dedication and unity in the office premise, at SDO (Civil) Office, Bhergaon

Today, on 7th September, 2024, a meeting regarding preparation for Durga Puja was organised.The Meeting was chaired by Sri Ringkang Mashahary ACS, ADC, ic, SDO (Civil), Bhergaon. Sri Durga kingkar Sarma, SDPO Bhergaon, Smt. Rini Hazarika, ACS, Assistant Commissioner, Smt. Rumita Das, ACS, Assistant Commissioner, Sri Angshuman Hazarika ACS Assistant Commissioner, Bhergaon, all Circle Officer of Khoirabari, Kalaigaon and Harisinga Revenue Circle Office, Head's of Fire , PWD Road, APDCL, department and all President/Secretary of Durga Puja Committee of Bhergaon Sub -Division were present in the meeting and broughtly discussed regarding rules and Low and order of SOPD for Durga Puja.

Today, on 5th September, 2024, The "Teachers' Day " Celebrated by Bhergaon College at meeting hall of Bhergaon College. The programme was chaired by Sri Padmeswar Boro, principal of Bhergaon College. Sri Ringkang Mashahary ACS, ADC, ic, SDO (Civil) Bhergaon as Chief guest in the programme. He delivered valuable speech related to the Teachers' Day programme Smt. Niruda Boro, Principal, Junior College Bhergaon, Sri Samal Daimary, Secretary, managing committee of Bhergaon College, all college teaching and non teaching staff and students of Bhergaon College were present in the programme

On today, 29th August 2024, a review meeting on issues related to Land & Revenue was held in the Conference Hall of SDO (Civil), Bhergaon, organised by Sub-Divisional Administration, Bhergaon. The meeting was chaired by Sri Daobaisa Boro, Hon'ble EM, BTR.The Variuos issues related to Land Revenue were discussed and reviewed in the meeting. Sri Ringkang Mashahary, ACS, ADC, I/c, SDO (Civil), Bhergaon, Smt. Rini Hazarika, ACS, Assistant Commissioner, Smt. Rumita Das, Assistant Commissioner, Sri Angshuman Hazarika, ACS, Assistant Commissioner Bhergaon, all COs, SK and Lot Mandal of Khoirabari, Kalaigaon and Harisinga Revenue Circle were present in the meeting.

Today, on 16th August, 2024, "SOK DIVAS" was observed at the Conference hall of SDO ( Civil) Bhergaon lead by Sri Ringkang Mushahary, ACS, ADC, ic. SDO (Civil) Bhergaon. A pledge was taken by Officer and staffs present.

The Bhergaon Sub-Divisional civil Administration celebrated the 78th Independence Day 2024 in a befitting manner.The ceremony was held at the SDO(C) parade ground of Bhergaon.Shri Ringkang Mashahary ,ACS, Cheife guest, hoisted the National Flag today on 15th August accompanied by Durga kingkar Sarma, SDPO, Bhergaon.Daobaisa Boro,EM.Bhaben Boro,MCLA,Smt.Aparna Medhi, Nominated,MCLA of BTR,Lwmshrao Daimary,Ex EM,BTC, along with other dignitaries including March past groups, freedom fighter family members, Senior citizens, organisations of different communities, cultural teams, students,all heads officer's, employees and public of Bhergaon Sub-division took part in the I-Day programme.and also a friendly football match was held between SDO IX VS Bhergaon Nagorik Moncha. It was Inauguration by Smt.RiniHazarika, ACS, AC, Bhergaon at Bhergaon Higher Secondary play ground in connection with the Independence Day
