• يوجد نحو 200 ألف مواطن في نينوى حُجبت عنهم الحصة التموينية بسبب عدم امتلاك البطاقة الوطنية.

• تم استحصال موافقة من وزارة التجارة مطلع العام الحالي لصرف الحصة التموينية لهذه الشريحة، والقرار ما زال نافذًا.

• بإمكان المواطنين مراجعة دائرة تموين نينوى وإكمال الإجراءات المطلوبة للحصول على حصصهم التموينية.

• تم إنجاز 150 ألف معاملة حتى الآن.

• المشكلة الحالية تتمثل بنقص الكوادر المسؤولة عن إدخال البيانات ورفعها إلى بغداد.

• تم التواصل مع وكيل وزارة التجارة ومكتب محافظ نينوى، وتم تخصيص موظفين إضافيين لمعالجة المشكلة وتسريع إنجاز المعاملات.

Khalid Al-Obeidi’s statement at the Nineveh Ration Distribution Directorate:

• around 200,000 citizens in Nineveh had their food rations suspended due to the lack of a National ID card.

• Approval was secured from the Ministry of Trade earlier this year to restore food rations for this group, and the measure remains in effect.

• Citizens can visit the Nineveh Ration Directorate and complete the required procedures to receive their food rations.

• 150,000 applications have been processed so far.

• The current challenge is the shortage of staff responsible for data entry and uploading records to Baghdad.

• Following coordination with the Deputy Minister of Trade and the Office of the Governor of Nineveh, additional employees have been assigned to accelerate data entry and processing.

زار الدكتور خالد العبيدي رئيس لجنة الامن و الدفاع النيابية مديرية الامن الوطني في محافظة نينوى حيث كان في استقباله العميد فلاح حسن و أكد العبيدي دعمه الكامل للقيادة و اشاد العبيدي بالجهود المبذولة لحفظ الامن و بالدور الاساسي في استتباب الاستقرار و الامن في محافظة نينوى. و اخيرا ثمن العبيدي جميع التضحيات المبذولة من قبل الجهاز و حفظ الامن في كافة ارجاء العراق بصورة عامة و نينوى بصورة خاصة.
Dr. Khalid Al-Obeidi, Chairman of the Parliamentary Security and Defense Committee, visited the National Security Directorate in Nineveh Province, where he was received by Brigadier Falah Hassan. During the visit, Al-Obeidi expressed his full support for the leadership and praised the efforts exerted to preserve security and the directorate’s vital role in maintaining stability across Nineveh.

At the conclusion of the visit, Al-Obeidi commended the sacrifices made by the personnel of the National Security Service in safeguarding security throughout Iraq in general and Nineveh in particular.

زار الدكتور خالد العبيدي رئيس لجنة الامن و الدفاع النيابية مديرية شرطة نينوى و كان في إستقباله قائد شرطة محافظة نينوى اللواء الحقوقي فلاح الجربا. و حضر اللقاء مدراء أقسام وضباط مقر القيادة و اطلع العبيدي للايجاز من قبل القيادة في قيادة العمليات المشتركة و طبيعة العمل الذي تقوم به.
كما و تم زيارة محطة الاستجابة 911 و اطلع على عملها من حيث سرعة الاستجابة للشكاوى و معالجتها.
و في الختام ثمن العبيدي الجهود التي تقوم بها القيادة و في اداء واجبها في حفظ امن الامن و الاستقرار في المحافظة.
Dr. Khalid Al-Obeidi, Chairman of the Parliamentary Security and Defense Committee, visited the Nineveh Police Directorate, where he was received by Nineveh Police Commander Major General (Legal) Falah Al-Jarba. The meeting was attended by department directors and officers from the command headquarters. Al-Obeidi received a briefing on the directorate’s activities, operational duties, and coordination within the security framework.

He also visited the 911 Response Center and reviewed its operations, particularly its rapid response to public complaints and the mechanisms used to address them.

At the conclusion of the visit, Al-Obeidi commended the efforts of the leadership and personnel in carrying out their duties to maintain security, stability, and public safety across Nineveh Province.

The Takaddum (Progress) MPs, represnted by Dr.Khalid Al-Obeidi, Mr. Mohammed Al-Farman and Jameel Sbak, visited the area of waterfront in the old town area in Mosul to check upon the construction progress and get up to date.

‏خلال زيارتنا إلى مطار الموصل الدولي، كان لدينا ملاحضات و استفسارات مهمة و ناقشنا عدداً من الملاحظات والاستفسارات المتعلقة بمتطلبات ترخيص المطار

تبيّن أن هناك متطلبات من سلطة الطيران المدني يجب تنفيذها بأسرع وقت لغرض استكمال ترخيص المطار

اتصلنا اثنا الزيارة ايضا بالسادة المعنيين في سلطة الطيران و تعهدوا بأنهم سيعملون جادين و جاهدين لاستكمال هذه المتطلبات بأسرع وقت و ترخيص المطار لكي يعمل بكامل طاقته كمطار محلي و دولي.

‏لا يوجد اي استهداف خارجي في ما يتعلق بموضوع المطار و لا يوجد اي تشققات بالمدرج

‏خلاصة حديثنا مع سلطة الطيران المدني و المسؤلين في مطار الموصل هو انه سيتم استكمال المتطلبات و ترخيص المطار ليعمل بطاقة محلية و دولية في اقصى الاحوال خلال اربع اشهر.
‏و سنكون بإتصال مباشر مع ادارة المطار و سلطة الطيران لغرض انجاز الامر بأسرع ما يمكن.

From Mosul International Airport, Dr. Khalid Al-Obeidi:
During our visit to Mosul International Airport, we raised a number of important observations and inquiries regarding the airport’s licensing requirements.
It became clear that there are requirements set by the Civil Aviation Authority that must be completed as soon as possible in order to finalize the airport’s licensing process.
During the visit, we also contacted the relevant officials at the Civil Aviation Authority, who pledged to work diligently to complete these requirements and secure the airport’s license so it can operate at full capacity as both a domestic and international airport.
There is no external targeting related to the airport, and there are no cracks in the runway.
The conclusion of our discussions with the Civil Aviation Authority and airport officials is that the required measures will be completed and the airport will be licensed to operate domestically and internationally within a maximum period of four months.
We will remain in direct contact with the airport administration and the Civil Aviation Authority to ensure the process is completed as quickly as possible

From Mosul International Airport, Khalid Al-Obeidi, accompanied by Taqaddum (Progress), MPs Mohammed Al-Farman and Jamil Sabbak, stated that the visit aimed to help facilitate the Civil Aviation Authority’s requirements for licensing Mosul Airport.

They also contacted the relevant officials at the Civil Aviation Authority in Baghdad and stressed the need to expedite procedures so the airport can operate effectively as an international airport and utilize its full capacity.

The delegation discussed the requirements with administrators, technicians, engineers, and local government officials, expressing appreciation for their efforts. They also affirmed continued direct coordination with the airport administration and the Civil Aviation Authority to ensure the requirements are implemented as quickly as possible and to accelerate the airport’s full activation.

‏At the close of Eid al-Adha, Dr. Khalid Al-Obeidi welcomed MP Sheikh Mohammed Al-Furman Al-Shaher, MP Jamil Abd Sabbak Al-Hadidi, and Nineveh Council Member Mahmoud Khalaf Al-Ali, exchanging greetings and affirming continued coordination to serve Nineveh.
