فەرمانگەى رێکخراوە ناحکومییەکان - دائرة المنظمات غير الحكومية

هەردی ئەحمەد، جێگری سەرۆكی فەرمانگەی ڕێكخراوەكانی ناحكومی بەشداریكرد لە مەراسیمی یادی بیست و پێنج ساڵەی ڕێکخراوی (STEP)ی بەریتانی و لە وتەیەكدا پەیامی پیرۆزبایی فەرمانگەی گەیاندە ڕێكخراوی ناوبراو و هیوای خواست كە بەردەوام بن لە ئەنجامدانی كاروچالاكی و پێشكەشكردنی خزمەتی زیاتر بە ژنان و گەنجان و منداڵانی كوردستان.

Hardi Ahmed, Deputy Head of the Department of NGOs, participated in the ceremony marking the 25th anniversary of the British organization STEP. In a speech, he conveyed the Department's congratulations to the organization and expressed hope that they would continue their activities and provide even more services to the women, youth, and children of Kurdistan.

لە هەولێر سەرۆک و جێگری سەرۆکی فەرمانگەکەمان، پێشوازیان کرد لە چەند رێکخراوێکی کوردستانی و چەند کەسایەتیەکی لێهاتوو و دیاری بواری مەدەنی لە هەرێمی کوردستاندا.

In Erbil, the head and deputy head of our office welcomed several Kurdistan-based organizations, as well as a number of distinguished and prominent figures in the civil society sector within the Kurdistan Region.

فەلاح حەسەن سەرۆکی فەرمانگەی ڕێکخراوەکانی ناحکومی حکومەتی هەرێمی کوردستان، بەشداریکرد لە ڕێوڕەسمی ماڵئاوایی بەڕێز (سینگچۆل لیم) کونسوڵی گشتی کۆریای باشوور لە هەرێمی کوردستان و دەستبەکاربوونی کونسوڵی نوێی وڵاتەکە.

لە مەراسیمەکەدا، سەرۆکی فەرمانگە سوپاسی ووڵاتی کۆریای باشوور و کۆنسڵی کرد بۆ ئەو خزمەتانەی لە ساڵانی ڕابردوو پێشکەشیان کردووە بۆ هاوڵاتیانی هەرێمی کوردستان و ووڵاتەکەمان.

Falah Hasan, Head of the Kurdistan Regional Government’s NGO Department, attended the farewell ceremony of Mr. Seungcheol Lim, Consul General of the Republic of South Korea in the Kurdistan Region, as well as the ceremony marking the commencement of duties of the new Consul General of the country.

During the ceremony, the Head of the Department expressed appreciation to the Republic of South Korea and its Consulate for the services they have provided over the past years to the citizens of the Kurdistan Region and our country.

لە میانەی گفتوگۆکەدا، وەفدەکە ڕوونیکردەوە کە ئامانجی ڕێکخراوەکە دروستکردنی ژینگەیەکی بەردەوام و چالاکە بۆ گەشەپێدانی نەوەیەك لە گەنجانی ئارەزوومەندی زانست، بەتایبەتی قوتابیان و هەرزەکارانی ئارەزوومەند لە گەردوونناسی. هەروەها تیشکیان خستەسەر خواستی خۆیان بۆ به هێزکردنی بوونی هه رێمی کوردستان له بوارەکانی زانست و فەلەکناسی.

لە کۆتایی گفتوگۆکەدا، فەرمانگە ئامادەیی خۆی بۆ پشتیوانیکردن لە دەستپێشخەرییە زانستییەکان و چالاکی گەنجان دووپاتکردەوە کە یارمەتیدەرن بۆ پەرەپێدانی مەعریفە و داهێنان لە هەرێمی کوردستان.

Falah Hasan, head of the Kurdistan Regional Government’s NGO Department, welcomed the head of Hema Astronomy Organization and his accompanying delegation to discuss the organization’s activities and future goals.

During the discussion, the delegation explained that the organization aims to create a sustainable and dynamic environment for developing a generation of young science enthusiasts, especially students and teenagers interested in astronomy. They also highlighted their ambition to strengthen Kurdistan Region’s presence in scientific and astronomical fields.

At the end of the discussion, the Department emphasized its willingness to support scientific initiatives and youth-focused activities that contribute to the development of knowledge and innovation in the Kurdistan Region.

کۆبوونەوەکە جەختی لەسەر گرنگی پشتیوانیکردنی هەوڵەکانی هۆشیاری کۆمەڵگا و دەستپێشخەرییەکانی گەشەپێدانی کۆمەڵایەتی کردەوە کە هاوتایە لەگەڵ ئەرکی فەرمانگە بۆ سەرپەرشتیکردن و بەهێزکردنی کاری کۆمەڵگەی مەدەنی و خزمەتی هاوڵاتیان لە سەرانسەری هەرێمی کوردستاندا.

لە کۆبوونەوەکەدا سەرۆکی رێکخراو خاتوو (زەهڕا رەمەزان) باسی لە کار و چالاکی و گرنگی پرۆژەکانیان کرد.

بۆ ئەم مەبەستە فەرمانگە پابەندبوونی خۆی بە پاڵپشتیکردنی ڕێکخراوە چالاکەکان و دەستپێشخەرییەکانیان دووپاتکردەوە.

Falah Hasan, head of the Kurdistan Regional Government's NGO Department, welcomed the head of the Zahra for Life Revival organization and her accompanying delegation.

The meeting emphasized the importance of supporting community awareness efforts and social development initiatives, in line with the department’s mandate to oversee and strengthen civil society work and serve citizens across the Kurdistan Region.

At the meeting, the head of the organization, Zahra Ramazan, spoke about their work, activities, and the importance of the projects they are carrying out.

For this purpose, the department reaffirmed its commitment to supporting active organizations and their initiatives.

فەرمانگە سوپاسگوزاری خۆی بۆ ئەم دەستپێشخەرییە دەربڕی و بڕیارە هەمان ئامێر دابین بکرێت بۆ شاری هەڵەبجەی شەهید و ئیدارەی سۆران.

Falah Hasan, head of the Kurdistan Regional Government's NGO Department, attended the ceremony for the donation of five kidney dialysis machines and the renovation of the Erbil Kidney Dialysis Center.

The project was prepared by the Qaisari Erbil Humanitarian Organization and carried out in cooperation with our department and the Erbil General Directorate of Health. It is worth mentioning that the main goal of the organization is humanitarian, focusing on supporting public health services and humanitarian work.

The department expressed its gratitude for this initiative and it has been decided that the same equipment will be provided for the city of Martyr Halabja and the Soran Administration.

Hardi Ahmed, deputy head of the NGO department, participated in a special meeting to discuss the situation of civil society in the Kurdistan Region, organized by the Kurdistan Organization for Human Rights Monitoring in partnership with Oxfam and with the participation of some organizations.

Falah Hasan, head of the Kurdistan Regional Government’s Non-Governmental Organizations Department, has welcomed the “Koyas” Legal Society Organization as part of efforts to strengthen civic engagement.

The organization focuses on raising legal awareness, protecting human rights, especially for women and children, and working with institutions to promote justice and cooperation.

The department announced its support for initiatives like “Koyas,” highlighting their role in promoting legal awareness, protecting rights, and strengthening cooperation to achieve a more just society.

لە میانەی مەراسیمەکەدا، بەڕێوەبەری گشتی سوپاسی فەرمانگەی ڕێکخراوەکانی ناحکومی و رێکخراوی مرۆڤدۆستانی کرد بۆ پشتیوانیکردنیان لە کەرتی تەندروستی و بەردەوامیان لە خزمەتی گەل و ووڵاتدا.

Falah Hasan, head of the Kurdistan Regional Government’s (KRG) Non-Governmental Organizations Department, participated in the opening ceremony of additional sections of the university health center building in Erbil.

It is worth noting that the project was implemented by the (Humanitarians) Organization in coordination with the Erbil General Directorate of Health.
The ceremony was attended by Dr. Dilovan Mohammed, Director General of Health in Erbil.

During the ceremony, the Director General thanked the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations and Humanitarian Organization for their support in the health sector and their continued service to the nation and the country.
