Our Story
The Information Center is here to guide and inform travellers of the spectacular sight and sensational activities that Iceland has to offer.
Bæringsstofa is a photo museum that offers guests to sit down and watch a slideshow of old photos from Grundarfjörður, bringing them back into the days of old.
The Saga Center exhibition consists of a shop at Christmas time and an oar fishing boat from the middle part of the 20th century.
Both museums are free of charge and are open like Café Emil in opening hours in summer and winter.
