We’re looking for a Wildlife Guide to join the Skua Nature team for small-group journeys across Norway & Finland, from late November 2026 to early April 2027.

You’ll guide our guests through Arctic landscapes, share the stories of the places and wildlife we encounter, and drive our vans across snow-covered roads.

We’re looking for someone who is:
🌿 passionate about wildlife & nature
📸 curious about wildlife photography
🗣️ fluent in Italian & English
🚐 confident driving in winter conditions
❄️ experienced in Arctic guiding and group
