Support Site: Preventive Maintenance Power Outage Schedule
Annual preventative maintenance on electrical substation transformers requires a series of power outages to safely maintain an efficient electrical distribution system within the Support Site. All facilities on the Support Site will be impacted.
To minimize disruption, this maintenance has been planned to take place mainly during the weekends. For commands that work on the weekend, please plan accordingly. We thank you for your continued understanding and cooperation.
Important Information:
• Fire Systems: Due to battery back-up capability, all Facility and Housing life safety systems will function under normal operating conditions.
• Emergency Back-Up Power: The following facilities are equipped with Emergency Generators: B2070, Bleachers Fire Pump House, All Sewer Pumps.
Once the power is back, all detected problems should be reported to the PWD Service Desk at DSN: 626-4981 or COMM: (+39) 081-568-4981.
NOTE: Please be aware that all items within the blue outline are affected by the Columbus Day outage on Monday, Oct 12.

Please be advised that Navy Housing Warehouse Customer Support Services (including phone lines) will be temporarily closed on Tuesday, October 6, due to staffing limitations.

Important Details

Scheduled Appointments: All previously scheduled appliance repairs, furniture pick-ups, and deliveries will continue as planned without interruption

Resumption of Service: Normal customer support operations will resume on Wednesday, October 7.

Mirabella, in coordination with Navy Housing, will conduct a Smoke Detector Replacement and Appliance Safety Anchor Installation Project from Monday, September 21 through Friday, September 25, 2026, between 0830 and 1600.

This project is part of our continued efforts to maintain a safe and compliant living environment for our On-Base Housing community.

Work will include:
-Replacement of smoke detectors
-Installation of appliance safety anchors

Affected residents will be contacted directly via email by their Zone Manager in advance of the scheduled work and provided with a copy of the applicable work schedule outlining their scheduled service date.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: An adult resident must be present at the residence during the scheduled service period to provide Mirabella maintenance personnel access to the unit. Navy Housing personnel will not accompany Mirabella or provide access to residences for this project.

Both services will be completed during the same visit and are expected to take approximately one hour per residence.

We appreciate our residents’ cooperation and flexibility as we complete these important safety improvements. Your support helps us maintain a safe and properly maintained housing community.

Temporary Housing Offices Closure – September 2, 2026

Please be advised that all NSA Naples Housing Offices — Economy, Family, Warehouse, and UH — will temporarily close on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. for an approved command function.

Normal operations will resume at 2:00 p.m.

There will be no impact to pre-scheduled appointments during this time, and front desk phones will remain staffed to assist with urgent inquiries.

🏠 NSA NAPLES HOUSING NOTICE
Annual Fire Protection System Inspections (PMIs)

Mirabella will conduct mandatory annual Preventive Maintenance Inspections (PMIs) on Fire Protection Systems in designated housing units.

Technicians must enter all affected units briefly (a few minutes) to verify strobe light functionality. For security and access, a designated Housing representative will es**rt technicians and monitor entry into all units.

⚠️ WATER OUTAGE NOTICE ⚠️
Attention Residents of Buildings 2001, 2002, 2003, and 2005:

Please be advised that on Tuesday, August 4, from 0900 to 1200, potable water service will be temporarily unavailable.

Contractors will be working to repair a leak in the underground water distribution system near Building 2114. This temporary shutdown is necessary to safely complete the repairs and restore full service to our community.
