On Friday we said farewell to two outstanding Sailors!

ITEC Dube has served on board for the past three years as a watchstander for the N6 department. He leaves us now to join his family. As his military career comes to an end, he is joining his family’s business.

YN1 Lyles serves in the Navy Reserves Full Time Support. He has spent the past three years ensuring all Sailors onboard receive the proper pay, processing reenlistments, and ensures the smooth transition to and from the command. His unwavering positivity and smile will be missed! He is leaving to serve at the recruiting command in NYC!

Congratulations to ITR1 Jaramillo for his renewed commitment to the submarine force. ITR1 has chosen to reenlist as he selects orders to his next sea command which he hopes to find in Hawaii!
ITR1 has been hard at work in the N6 department establishing a new program for maintenance.

Congratulations to IT1 Eaton on his reenlistment today while accepting orders to the USS Bulkley stationed in Rota, Spain!
IT1s positive attitude, presence, and intense work ethic be missed. While serving at CSG8/CTF69, IT1 has been an invaluable member of the team. From communications specialist, to departmental career counselor, to Sailor of the Year IT1 has had an amazing tour here in Naples.

We had a very special opportunity to start the New Year with a reenlistment! ITR1 Pulsipher was able to reenlist with his brother, visiting from Alaska, 1LT Pulsipher, as his reenlisting officer! ITR1 Pulsipher is reenlisting for orders to the USS New Mexico currently stationed in Norfolk, VA. Please join us in congratulating ITR1!

Today at all hands we had the pleasure of awarding our Junior Sailor of the Year, IT2 Vang with a Navy Achievement Medal! IT2 serves in our N6 department tirelessly ensuring every Sailor has the tech support they need with a smile.
On a sadder note, we also said farewell and following seas to LT Polidoro and LT Arbucias. Both of these Sailors will be deeply missed, their contribution to our N2 department and command has not gone unnoticed.

Today at all hands we had the honor to present a newly reporting Sailor with a Navy Achievement Medal from her previous command.
IS2 Kosik is joining us from PHIBRON FIVE where she served from November 2023 to September 2025. Here she provided numerous tactical and intelligence briefs and tracked over 200 enemy contacts. She also served as a valuable member of her unit’s Morale, Welfare, and Recreation committee.

ITR1 is a senior watchstander in our communications department who has gone above and beyond in qualifications and command collateral duties! He will be returning to sea in the coming months and his presence will be greatly missed!

ETV2 is a freshly qualified Quartermaster in our operations department. He has hit the ground running into qualifications and has quickly become and invaluable member of the team!

Tonight, 12/10/2024, we will be holding a brief for spouses at the support site community center. I will open the doors at approximately 1630 for a 1700 commencement. This is a great opportunity for your spouse to get some one on one time with the detailers and have their questions/concerns addressed. All spouses are welcome however, the information will be tailored to enlisted.
