0.5% on the amount of the mortgage…

That is what the government charge you for stamp duty on your mortgage…not the house purchase. But obviously they change that as well. Double dipping to fleece you just a bit more when you buy a home…

Ain’t that swell…

Cash purchasers don’t have to pay that BTW

This house was described to me by the owner that it looks like a wedding cake…

He is right. This is what happens when owners do an amazing job of renovating a grade ll listed home. It’s. So. PRETTY!
