And honestly, the views are still incredible.

The house is obviously serious — nearly 7,000 sq ft, above Gorey, huge sun deck, lift, guest/staff space, garage with a turntable.

But let’s be honest.

You’re buying that outlook.

Waking up to those sea views every day is the real selling point.

Trying to say “eligibility” —
or el-i-juh-bil-i-tee, if we’re pretending that helps.

It had me for over 5 minutes.

Didn’t help that Ryan nailed it first go either. Talk about pressure.

Got there in the end though, which I think we can all agree is personal growth. I can now say a new word...

This might not be a popular view, but I think parts of Jersey’s apartment market could be heading for a difficult patch.

I’m not saying there’s a crash coming, or that every flat is in trouble. Far from it.

But with more new stock, more assisted schemes, and buyers having more choice, some private sellers are going to have to be very realistic.

The real risk, in my view, isn’t people going bust…

It’s people getting stuck.
