Island Aid for World Children

Sadly, this charity is no longer operating The aims of the charity are to help provide children of the Developing World get a better start to life.

To do this we help to build schools, hospital clinics, orphanages etc. The schools we help to build are in rural areas, where the children would normally have to walk for several miles to get to a school. It will be overcrowded with 60 or more children to a class, not enough desks, and many classes being held under a tree; so if it rains there is no school that day. There is still a big problem  ...
