It has been discovered that an error occurred in a recent publication dated Sunday, April 14, 2024, in the Sunday Gleaner, concerning forfeiture/pecuniary penalty proceedings.

The name Alliance Financial Services Limited was mistakenly stated instead of Alliance Finance Limited, against whom Forfeiture/Pecuniary Penalty Orders are being pursued in the Home Circuit Court.

For the avoidance of doubt, there are no ongoing proceedings involving Alliance Financial Services Limited.

We acknowledge this error and extend our sincere apologies for any confusion, inconvenience and/or embarrassment it may have caused.

We are actively collaborating with our stakeholders, including Alliance Financial Services Limited, to promptly and appropriately address this matter.
