The NHF focuses on illness prevention and health promotion by providing benefits that assist with the purchase of prescription drugs and by financing projects that support improvements in health. We provide two categories of benefits:

Strong fathers show up for their families every day 💙

But taking care of the people you love also means taking care of yourself.

This Father’s Day, we’re encouraging men to prioritise their health and take proactive steps like doing a PSA test for early detection and peace of mind.

For men 40 years and over, the NHFCard provides a subsidy of up to $1,920 toward PSA testing, making it easier to stay on top of your health.

Because strength also means knowing when to check in on yourself.

🏃🏽‍♀️💙 Moving with purpose!

The NHF team was proud to participate in the 11th staging of the Tru-Juice 5K Run/Walk, an event that brings together individuals, families, and organizations in support of a worthy cause.

More than just a race, the Tru-Juice 5K helps raise funds to support the Linstead Hospital through the provision of essential medical equipment and resources. Every step taken contributes to strengthening healthcare and making a positive impact in communities across Jamaica.

Thank you to the organizers, supporters, and participants who made this year's event a success. Together, we're helping to build healthier communities - one step at a time.
