Through clay and colour she creates pieces that speak to the devastating effects and strength found in reclaiming one’s body and story💪🏽. In her hands, Thrisha's work reminds us that art can be both a voice and a release.

Toni-Ann Loutin’s large-scale self portraits explore the beautiful exchange between self and surroundings.

Her pieces feature striking black, grey, and white tones layered with bursts of colour and texture that highlight moments tied to her real-life experiences. Through her art, our scholar invites us into a world where identity and environment flow into each other seamlessly.

Shaquila Gunzell’s final-year project brings a fresh vision to beauty in Jamaica - a mobile hair salon designed for on-the-go clients 🚍.

Complete with her own Bhantu Haircare line and built-in tech, Shaquila's salon concept features a tailored brand identity, stylish decor and posters showcasing hairstyles made with real hair!

Stronger Together 💪

Last week, team members across the Pan Jamaica Group joined forces to assemble care packages for families affected by Hurricane Melissa.

From solar chargers and tinned food to water-purification tablets, our team donated and packed more than 600 care packages for some of the hardest-hit parishes.

Recovery will take time, but we’re here for the long haul. 🇯🇲

As we assess the damage from Hurricane Melissa and look ahead, let's remember the power of community.

Now, more than ever, we need to lean on each other, to lend a hand, share a resource, and offer a comforting presence.
