Generation 2000 (G2K) held a productive meeting with our Party Leader and Prime Minister, the Most Honourable Dr. Andrew Holness.
The discussion focused on Jamaica’s development trajectory and the important role young professionals continue to play in shaping national policy and progress.
As the young professional affiliate of the Jamaica Labour Party, G2K remains committed to advancing fresh ideas, strengthening leadership capacity, and contributing meaningfully to public service since our establishment in 2000.
We welcome the continued engagement with Party leadership and remain encouraged by the shared commitment to building a stronger, more resilient Jamaica for the future. 🇯🇲

On this Good Friday, we pause, not just to remember the sacrifice Jesus made, but to think about what it demands of us.
It is a day for us to reflect, give thanks, and recommit to walking in purpose.

Today, the G2K family paused to honour the legacy of one of Jamaica’s most visionary leaders — The Most Hon. Edward Seaga — on what would have been his 95th birthday.
Our President laid a floral tribute in solemn remembrance of a man whose life was dedicated to nation-building, cultural preservation, and economic transformation. As we reflect on his enduring impact, we are reminded of the values he championed: integrity, innovation, and unwavering love for Jamaica.
Mr. Seaga’s legacy lives on — not only in our institutions and infrastructure but in the spirit of service he inspired in generations of young leaders.
🕊️ Mr. Seaga. Your work continues through us.
