Greetings ECC Family,

The College Community is hereby advised that, in light of the College’s Annual Awards Ceremony scheduled for Thursday, October 29, 2026, all classes will be suspended effective 2 p.m. to facilitate the participation of students and staff in this important institutional event.
Please note that all evening classes will also be suspended to allow evening students and lecturers the opportunity to participate in the ceremony.

Administrative staff members who are not attending or directly involved in the planning and ex*****on of the event are expected to maintain their regular working hours.

The College encourages all members of the community to support this significant occasion as we celebrate and recognise the outstanding achievements and contributions of our students.

We thank you for your cooperation and look forward to your participation in making the event a success.

It’s that time of year again when we turn awareness into action by prioritising breast screening. The Health & Wellness Department has once again partnered with KRIS Radiology on Balmoral Avenue to offer the ECC family mammograms at a discounted cost of $6,000, along with discounted breast ultrasounds.

This opportunity also extends to your loved ones outside the College. Bring your wives, sisters, mothers, friends and cousins! When registering someone, please indicate whether the person is a relative and include your own name and email address on the sign-up form.

Two Saturdays are available to accommodate those who are unable to attend during the week. If you are experiencing difficulty getting time off for an appointment, please reach out to us. We will be happy to assist.

Transportation can also be arranged for those attending as a group or department. To make arrangements or request further information, contact us through the Wellness Centres, via the College Nurse’s email, or by WhatsApp at 876-340-5857.

Your nurses look forward to supporting you through this initiative and beyond.
