بيان بمناسبة احتفال تونس بيوم إفريقيا

تحتفل تونس، يوم غد 25 ماي 2026، مع سائر الدول الافريقية، بيوم افريقيا الذي يوافق هذه السنة الذكرى الثالثة والستين لإنشاء منظمة الوحدة الافريقية التي تحولت إلى الاتحاد الافريقي سنة 2002. وهي مناسبة لاستحضار نضالات وتضحيات الآباء المؤسسين لمنظمة الوحدة الإفريقية حتى تكون إفريقيا للأفارقة سيّدةً لقرارها ومتحكّمةً في مقدّراتها وثرواتها الطبيعية وقادرة على فرض مكانتها في النظام الدولي.
وتؤكّد تونس اليوم التزامها الثابت بتوطيد عُرى الأخوّة وتوثيق علاقات التعاون مع شقيقاتها في القارّة على أسس الاحترام المتبادل والتضامن والشراكة الرابحة والمنفعة المتبادلة، وحرصها الدؤوب على الدفاع عن المواقف الافريقية المشتركة في جميع المحافل الدولية، وخاصة حقّ الشعوب الافريقية في بناء إفريقيا التي تنشدها موحّدة وآمنة مستقرّة ومزدهرة، تمتلك مصيرها بيدها وقد تخلصت من كلّ مظاهر الوصاية ومن كافة أشكال التدخّل في شؤونها الداخلية تحت أيّ مسمّى أو أيّة ذريعة كانت.
ولقد جعلت تونس من البعد الافريقي أحد ثوابت سياستها الخارجية وخيارا استراتيجيا لا محيد عنه في علاقاتها الثنائية وتحركاتها متعددة الأطراف بما يحقّق التكامل الإفريقي وفقا لأولويات أجندة 2063 وبما يستجيب للتطلعات المشروعة لشعوب القارة في الأمن والاستقرار والتطوّر والنماء.
فعلى الصعيد الثنائي، فإنّ تونس ماضية في بناء شَرَاكات طويلة المَدَى مع الدول الإفريقية، تقوم على تقاسم المعرفة ونقل الخبرات، في قطاعات متعدّدة على غِرار البِناء والأشغال العامة وتصدير خدمات ذات قيمة مضافة عالية في الصحة والتعليم وتكنولوجيا المعلومات، وهي مجالات تمتلك فيها تونس كَفَاءَات عالية واكتَسبت فيها خِبرات متراكمة، ممّا جعلها قادرة على المنافسة عالميا. وستثابر تونس في دعم وتطوير وتنويع علاقات التعاون والشراكة مع بلدان القارة في المجالات والاقتصادية والأكاديمية والثقافية في إطار التعاون جنوب-جنوب.
أمّا على الصعيد متعدّد الأطراف، فإلى جانب المساهمة القيّمة والمُشرّفة لتونس في عمليات حفظ السلام في القارة تحت مظلة الاتحاد الإفريقي ومنظمة الأمم المتحدة، تواصل بلادنا مشاركتها الفاعلة في أنشطة الإتحاد الإفريقي ومختلف هياكله ومؤسساته وتعمل من خلال عضوية السيد رئيس الجمهورية في اللجنة الرئاسية المكلفة بالإشراف على مشروع الإصلاح المؤسساتي للمنظمة على دعمها ومنحها الوسائل الكفيلة بإضفاء المزيد من النجاعة عليها في سبيل تحقيق تطلعات شعوب القارة للأمن والإستقرار والتنمية في كنف احترام السيادة الوطنية للدول الأعضاء وأخذا في الإعتبار خصوصياتها وإمكانياتها.
كما تجدّد تونس تمسكها بِمَبْدأ "الحلول الإفريقية للتحدّيات الإفريقية"، حيث أنّ التحديات التي تواجهها القارة الإفريقية، مهما تعدّدت وتشعّبت، لا يمكن مجابهتها بصورة ناجعة إلا من خلال حلول إفريقية تنبع من واقع القارة وخصوصيات شعوبها، وتعكس أولوياتها الحقيقية، على أَنْ يقترن ذلك بدعم دولي فعلي ودائم، خاصّة بالنسبة لعمليات حفظ السَلام التي يقُودها الاتحاد الإفريقي، بمَا يضمن نجاعتها واستمراريتها.
ولقد شاركت تونس بصفة فعالة في مختلف المنتديات الهادفة إلى تعزيز الشراكة السياسية والاقتصادية بين بلدان الاتحاد الإفريقي والدول الصديقة. ودعت إلى ضرورة انتقال هذه الشراكات مِنْ نَماذج التعاون التقليدي إلى شراكات حقيقية ومُتكافئة، تقوم على النِدّية والاحترام المتبادل والثقة والمسؤولية والمصالح المشتركة، بِمَا يَتكيَّف مع المتغيّرات العالمية.
وفي هذا السياق، دعت تونس خلال قمة افريقيا- فرنسا (نيروبي، 12 ماي 2026) إلى التعجيل بإِصلاح مَجلس الأمن الدّولي بِمَا يعكس التغيّرات الراهنة للنظام الدولي وإِعادة هيكلة النظام المالي العالمي ليكون أكثر عَدْلاً وإنْصَافًا وشُمُوليةً بِمَا يستجيب لاحتياجات الدول النامية وسَدّ فَجْوَة تمويل التنمية من خلال الوفاء بالالتزامات الدولية وَمِنْ خلال تدعيم آليات العمل الدولي المشترك للتَصّدي للأزمات المُستجدّة وَشطب ديون الدول الفقيرة أو التخفيف منها أو إعادة رسكلتها في ضوء الارتفاع المُشّط لخدمة الدين، كَمَا دَعَا إلى ذلك رئيس الجمهورية السيد قيس سعيد خلال مشاركته في قمّة تمويل الاقتصاديات الإفريقية المنعقدة بباريس في شهر ماي من سنة 2021.
وتتطلّع تونس إلى أن تسهم هذه المنتديات في دعم أولويات القارة التي حدّدها الاتحاد الإفريقي، وفي مقدمتها التكامل الإقليمي والتصنيع، وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة حتى تصبح إفريقيا شريكا كاملا في صياغة مستقبل العالم، لا مجرّد سوق للمواد الأولية أو ساحة للتنافس الدولي.
وتشدّد تونس على أنه لم يَعُدْ مقبولًا اليوم أَنْ تبقى إفريقيا، مُجّرد فضاء للتدّخلات أو ساحة للتنافس الدولي، بل يجب أَنْ تكون شريكًا كاملًا في صياغة المصالح المتبادلة وَصُنع القرار من خلال تثمين إمكانياتها الذاتية واحترام استقلالية قرارها التنموي، وإنّ تحقيق ذلك يتطلّب من الدول الإفريقية توحيد مواقفها والتضامن فيما بينها من أجل إضفاء المزيد من المصداقية والفاعلية للقارّة داخل منظمة الأمم المتحدة دفاعا عن مصالح شعوبها والانخراط بجدية في إصلاح المنتظم الأممي ومنظومة العلاقات الدولية من أجل إرساء نظام دولي أكثر عدلا وانصافا وإنسانية يقطع مع الممارسات المجحفة للنظام الدولي الموروث منذ نهاية الحرب العالمية الثانية.
وتُعرب تونس مجدّدا عن أملها في تجاوز حالات الهشاشة الأمنية التي تشهدها بعض دول القارّة نتيجة الصراعات المسلحة والنزاعات العرقية وتنامي نشاط الجماعات الإرهابية والتي أضحت تهدّد بصورة جدية أمنها واستقرارها، وأفرزت استفحالا خطيرا لظاهرة الهجرة غير النظامية التي يتمّ استغلالها من قبل شبكات الجريمة المنظمة العابرة للحدود. ولقد دعت تونس إلى اعتماد مقاربة شاملة وتشاركية متضامنة لمعالجة هذه الظاهرة على قاعدة تقاسم المسؤولية والأعباء بين دول المصدر والعبور والوجهة، بما يحفظ كرامة الإنسان الافريقي ويوفّر له الإمكانيات التنموية اللازمة للعيش في كرامة في وطنه الأمّ.

Déclaration à l’occasion de la célébration par la Tunisie de la Journée de l’Afrique

La Tunisie célèbre demain, le 25 mai 2026, aux côtés des autres États africains, la Journée de l’Afrique, qui marque cette année le 63e anniversaire de la création de l’de l'Unité Africaine, devenue en 2002 l'Union Africaine. Cette occasion permet de rappeler les luttes et les sacrifices des pères fondateurs de l’Organisation de l’Unité Africaine afin que l’Afrique soit aux Africains, souveraine dans ses décisions, maîtresse de ses ressources et de ses richesses naturelles, et capable d’imposer sa place dans l’ordre international.
La Tunisie réaffirme aujourd’hui son engagement constant à renforcer les liens de fraternité et à consolider les relations de coopération avec ses pays frères du continent sur la base du respect mutuel, de la solidarité, d’un partenariat gagnant-gagnant et de l’intérêt commun. Elle réitère également son attachement à la défense des positions africaines communes dans toutes les enceintes internationales, notamment le droit des peuples africains à bâtir l’Afrique à laquelle ils aspirent : une Afrique unie, sûre, stable et prospère, maîtresse de son destin, libérée de toute forme de tutelle et de toute ingérence dans ses affaires intérieures, quels qu’en soient les prétextes.
La Tunisie a fait de la dimension africaine l’un des fondements constants de sa politique étrangère et un choix stratégique incontournable dans ses relations bilatérales et ses actions multilatérales, afin de promouvoir l’intégration africaine conformément aux priorités de l’Agenda 2063 et de répondre aux aspirations légitimes des peuples du continent en matière de sécurité, de stabilité, de développement et de croissance.
Sur le plan bilatéral, la Tunisie poursuit la construction de partenariats durables avec les États africains, fondés sur le partage du savoir-faire et le transfert d’expertise dans plusieurs secteurs, notamment le bâtiment et les travaux publics, ainsi que l’exportation de services à forte valeur ajoutée dans les domaines de la santé, de l’éducation et des technologies de l’information. Ces secteurs constituent des domaines dans lesquels la Tunisie dispose de compétences reconnues et d’une expérience accumulée lui permettant d’être compétitive à l’échelle mondiale. La Tunisie continuera également à soutenir, développer et diversifier ses relations de coopération et de partenariat avec les pays du continent dans les domaines économique, académique et culturel dans le cadre de la coopération Sud-Sud.
Au niveau multilatéral, outre la contribution honorable et précieuse de la Tunisie aux opérations de maintien de la paix sur le continent sous l’égide de l’Union Africaine et des Nations Unies, notre pays poursuit sa participation active aux activités de l’Union Africaine, de ses organes et institutions. À travers la participation de Son Excellence Monsieur Kaïs Saïed, Président de la République, au comité présidentiel chargé du suivi du projet de réforme institutionnelle de l’organisation, la Tunisie œuvre au renforcement de l’efficacité de l’Union afin de répondre aux aspirations des peuples africains en matière de sécurité, de stabilité et de développement, dans le respect de la souveraineté nationale des États membres et en tenant compte de leurs spécificités et de leurs capacités.
La Tunisie réaffirme également son attachement au principe des « solutions africaines aux défis africains ». Les défis auxquels le continent est confronté, aussi nombreux et complexes soient-ils, ne peuvent être relevés efficacement qu’à travers des solutions africaines inspirées des réalités du continent et des spécificités de ses peuples, et reflétant leurs véritables priorités. Cela doit s’accompagner d’un soutien international effectif et durable, notamment pour les opérations de maintien de la paix dirigées par l’Union Africaine, afin de garantir leur efficacité et leur pérennité.
La Tunisie a participé activement aux différents forums visant à renforcer les partenariats politiques et économiques entre les pays de l’Union Africaine et les États amis. Elle a appelé à faire évoluer ces partenariats au-delà des modèles de coopération traditionnels vers de véritables partenariats équilibrés, fondés sur l’égalité, le respect mutuel, la confiance, la responsabilité et les intérêts communs, en adéquation avec les mutations mondiales.
Dans ce contexte, lors du Sommet Afrique-France tenu à Nairobi le 12 mai 2026, la Tunisie a appelé à accélérer la réforme du Conseil de Sécurité de l’ONU afin qu’il reflète les transformations actuelles de l’ordre international, ainsi qu’à restructurer le système financier mondial pour le rendre plus juste, équitable et inclusif, en réponse aux besoins des pays en développement. Elle a également plaidé pour combler le déficit de financement du développement par le respect des engagements internationaux, le renforcement des mécanismes de coopération internationale face aux crises émergentes, ainsi que l’annulation, l’allégement ou la restructuration de la dette des pays pauvres, compte tenu de l’augmentation excessive du service de la dette. Ces positions avaient déjà été défendues par le Président Kaïs Saïed lors de sa participation au Sommet sur le financement des économies africaines tenu à Paris en mai 2021.
La Tunisie espère que ces forums contribueront à soutenir les priorités définies par l’Union Africaine, notamment l’intégration régionale, l’industrialisation et la réalisation du développement durable, afin que l’Afrique devienne un partenaire à part entière dans la construction de l’avenir du monde, et non simplement un marché de matières premières ou un terrain de rivalités internationales.
La Tunisie souligne qu’il n’est plus acceptable aujourd’hui que l’Afrique demeure un simple espace d’ingérences ou un théâtre de compétition internationale. Elle doit être un partenaire à part entière dans la définition des intérêts communs et dans la prise de décision, grâce à la valorisation de ses propres potentialités et au respect de l’autonomie de ses choix de développement. La réalisation de cet objectif nécessite des États africains qu’ils unifient leurs positions et renforcent leur solidarité afin d’accroître la crédibilité et l’efficacité du continent au sein des Nations Unies, dans la défense des intérêts de leurs peuples et dans l’engagement sérieux en faveur de la réforme du système onusien et des relations internationales, pour l’établissement d’un ordre mondial plus juste, plus équitable et plus humain, rompant avec les pratiques injustes héritées de l’après-Seconde Guerre mondiale.
La Tunisie exprime de nouveau son espoir de voir surmontées les situations de fragilité sécuritaire que connaissent certains pays africains en raison des conflits armés, des tensions ethniques et de la montée des activités terroristes, lesquelles menacent gravement leur sécurité et leur stabilité. Ces crises ont également entraîné une aggravation préoccupante du phénomène de la migration irrégulière, exploitée par des réseaux criminels transnationaux organisés. La Tunisie a appelé à l’adoption d’une approche globale, participative et solidaire pour traiter cette question, fondée sur le partage des responsabilités entre les pays d’origine, de transit et de destination, dans le respect de la dignité de l’être humain africain et afin de lui offrir les conditions de développement nécessaires pour vivre dignement dans sa patrie.

Statement on the Occasion of Tunisia's Celebration of Africa Day

Tunisia celebrates tomorrow, 25 May 2026, together with all African countries, Africa Day, which this year marks the sixty-third anniversary of the establishment of the Organization of African Unity, that was transformed into the African Union in 2002. This occasion is an opportunity to recall the struggles and sacrifices of the founding fathers of the Organization of African Unity, so that Africa would belong to Africans, be sovereign in its decisions, in control of its resources and natural wealth, and capable of asserting its place in the international system.
Tunisia reaffirms today its steadfast commitment to strengthening the bonds of brotherhood and consolidating cooperation with its brotherly countries on the continent, based on mutual respect, solidarity, win-win partnership, and shared benefit. It also underscores its continued dedication to defending common African positions in all international fora, particularly the right of African peoples to build the Africa they aspire to—united, secure, stable, and prosperous, in full control of its destiny and free from all forms of tutelage and interference in its internal affairs, under any pretext.
Tunisia has made the African dimension a constant of its foreign policy and a strategic choice in its bilateral relations and multilateral engagement, with a view to advancing African integration in line with the priorities of Agenda 2063 and meeting the legitimate aspirations of African peoples for security, stability, development, and growth.
At the bilateral level, Tunisia is committed to building long-term partnerships with African countries, based on knowledge sharing and the transfer of expertise in various sectors, including construction and public works, as well as the export of high value-added services in health, education, and information technology—fields in which Tunisia possesses strong capabilities and accumulated experience, enabling it to compete globally. Tunisia will continue to support, develop, and diversify its cooperation and partnership relations with countries of the continent in the economic, academic, and cultural fields within the framework of South-South cooperation.
At the multilateral level, in addition to Tunisia’s valuable and commendable contribution to peacekeeping operations on the continent under the auspices of the African Union and the United Nations, the country continues to actively participate in the activities of the African Union and its various bodies and institutions. Through the membership of His Excellency the President of the Republic in the Presidential Committee tasked with overseeing the institutional reform project of the Union, Tunisia works to strengthen the organization and provide it with the necessary means to enhance its effectiveness in achieving the aspirations of African peoples for security, stability, and development, while respecting the national sovereignty of member States and taking into account their specificities and capacities.
Tunisia also reiterates its attachment to the principle of “African solutions to African challenges,” emphasizing that the challenges facing the continent, however diverse and complex, can only be effectively addressed through solutions that stem from Africa’s realities and the specificities of its peoples, reflecting their true priorities, while being accompanied by genuine and sustained international support—particularly for peacekeeping operations led by the African Union—to ensure their effectiveness and sustainability.
Tunisia has actively participated in various forums aimed at strengthening political and economic partnerships between African Union countries and partner States. It has called for a shift from traditional models of cooperation to genuine and equitable partnerships based on equality, mutual respect, trust, responsibility, and shared interests, in line with evolving global dynamics.
In this context, during the Africa–France Summit (Nairobi, 12 May 2026), Tunisia called for the acceleration of the reform of the United Nations Security Council to reflect current changes in the international system, and for the restructuring of the global financial system to make it more just, equitable, and inclusive, in a manner that meets the needs of developing countries. It also emphasized the importance of bridging the development financing gap by fulfilling international commitments and strengthening multilateral mechanisms to address emerging crises, as well as cancelling, alleviating, or restructuring the debts of poor countries in light of the sharp rise in debt servicing costs, as advocated by His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Kaïs Saïed, during his participation in the Summit on Financing African Economies held in Paris in May 2021.
Tunisia hopes that these forums will contribute to supporting the priorities identified by the African Union, foremost among them regional integration, industrialization, and the achievement of sustainable development, so that Africa becomes a full partner in shaping the future of the world, rather than merely a market for raw materials or a field for international competition.
Tunisia stresses that it is no longer acceptable for Africa to remain merely a space for interventions or a field for international rivalry; rather, it must become a full partner in shaping shared interests and decision-making by harnessing its own potential and respecting the independence of its development choices. Achieving this requires African countries to unify their positions and strengthen solidarity among themselves in order to enhance the continent’s credibility and effectiveness within the United Nations, defend the interests of their peoples, and engage seriously in reforming the multilateral system and international relations, with a view to establishing a more just, equitable, and humane international order that breaks with the unfair practices inherited from the post-World War II system.
Tunisia reiterates its hope for overcoming the security fragilities affecting some countries on the continent as a result of armed conflicts, ethnic disputes, and the growing activity of terrorist groups, which pose a serious threat to their security and stability. These challenges have also led to a dangerous rise in irregular migration, which is being exploited by transnational organized crime networks. Tunisia has called for the adoption of a comprehensive, participatory, and solidarity-based approach to addressing this phenomenon, grounded in the sharing of responsibilities and burdens among countries of origin, transit, and destination, in a manner that preserves the dignity of African people and provides them with the development opportunities necessary to live with dignity in their home countries.

حازت مساء اليوم، 21ماي/أيار 2026، مسرحية "هوما " للمخرجة المسرحية التونسية المتألقة سيرين قنون على الجائزة الفضية لمهرجان المسرح الحر الدولي في دورته الواحدة والعشرين، وذلك عن أفضل عمل مسرحي متكامل.
وتحصل الفنان المسرحي القدير بحري الرحالي على جائزة أفضل ممثل.
وللتذكير، فقد تم عرض مسرحية "هوما" بالمسرح الرئيسي في المركز الثقافي الملكي بعمّان مساء يوم 18ماي/أيار 2026، من تمثيل الثنائي القدير بحري الرحالي وعبد المنعم شويات.

يصادف اليوم، 15 ماي 2026، الذكرى الثامنة والسبعين ليوم النكبة، الذي نستحضر فيه مسيرة كفاح الشّعب الفلسطيني الأبيّ وصموده البطولي ضد غطرسة سلطات الاحتلال الغاشم، من أجل تحقيق تطلّعاته المشروعة في العيش بحرية وكرامة في ظلّ دولة مستقلّة وذات سيادة على كامل أرض فلسطين.
ويتزامن احياء هذه الذكرى مع تواصل انتهاكات سلطات الاحتلال لاتفاق وقف إطلاق النار في قطاع غزة وتضييق الخناق على سكانه من خلال غلق المعابر ومنع دخول المساعدات الانسانية وتقييد حركة الأشخاص مما أدى إلى استفحال الكارثة الانسانية التي يعيشها سكان القطاع.
كما تتزامن هذه الذكرى مع تمادي سلطات الكيان المحتل في سن القوانين العنصرية كقانون اعدام الأسرى الفلسطينيين، وفي اعتماد سياسات ضم الأراضي الفلسطينية في الضفة الغربية المحتلة وتسجيلها باسم دولة الكيان، بهدف توسيع رقعة الاستيطان وخلق أمر واقع جديد لفرض سيادته المزعومة على الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، وذلك في انتهاك صارخ لكافة القوانين والمواثيق الدولية ذات الصلة.
وتجدد تونس في هذه الذكرى الرمزية وقوفها اجلالا واكبارا للصمود البطولي للشعب الفلسطيني الشقيق الذي يُواجه بمفرده غطرسة وطُغيان الكيان المحتّل ووحشيّة ترسانته العسكرية، أمام صمتٍ مريبٍ للمجتمع الدولي، ليُسطّر، بأحرف من ذهب، ملحمة تاريخيّة جديدة، لم تشهدها الإنسانية، في نضاله المتواصل من أجل استرداد أراضيه المغتصبة واستعادة حقوقه التاريخية المشروعة كاملة دون نقصان.
وتذكّر تونس أن فلسطين دولة بمقتضى القانون الدولي وباعتراف ما يناهز ال 150 دولة وأنه قد آن أوان منحها حقها المشروع في العضوية الكاملة بمنظمة الأمم المتّحدة دون مزيد من المماطلة والتأخير.
وتُجدّد تونس، بهذه المناسبة، دعمها غير المشروط للشعب الفلسطيني الشقيق في الذود عن حقه غير القابل للتصرّف والذي لا يسقط بالتقادم، وتؤكّد على موقفها الثابت والمناصر للأشقاء الفلسطينيين في تقرير مصيرهم وفي نضالهم من أجل استعادة حقوقهم التاريخية المشروعة كاملة وإقامة دولتهم على كامل أرض فلسطين وعاصمتها القدس الشريف.

Aujourd’hui, 15 mai 2026, marque le soixante-dix-huitième anniversaire de la Nakba, une occasion où nous rappelons le parcours de lutte du fier peuple palestinien et sa résistance héroïque face à l’arrogance des forces d’occupation oppressives, afin de réaliser ses aspirations légitimes à vivre dans la liberté et la dignité au sein d’un État indépendant et souverain sur l’ensemble du territoire palestinien.
La commémoration de cet anniversaire coïncide avec la poursuite des violations par les forces d’occupation de l’accord de cessez-le-feu dans la Bande de Gaza, ainsi qu’avec le resserrement du blocus imposé à ses habitants à travers la fermeture des points de passage, l’interdiction de l’entrée de l’aide humanitaire et les restrictions à la circulation des personnes, ce qui a aggravé la catastrophe humanitaire que subissent les habitants du territoire.
Cet anniversaire coïncide également avec la persistance des autorités de l’entité occupante à promulguer des lois discriminatoires, telles que la loi sur l’exécution des prisonniers palestiniens, ainsi qu’à adopter des politiques d’annexion des terres palestiniennes en Cisjordanie occupée et à les enregistrer au nom de l’État occupant, dans le but d’étendre les colonies et de créer un nouveau fait accompli visant à affirmer sa prétendue souveraineté sur les territoires palestiniens occupés, en violation flagrante de toutes les lois et conventions internationales pertinentes.
À l’occasion de cette date symbolique, la Tunisie réaffirme son admiration et son profond respect pour la résistance héroïque du peuple palestinien frère, qui affronte seul l’arrogance, la tyrannie de l’entité occupante et la brutalité de son arsenal militaire, face à un silence inquiétant de la communauté internationale. Il écrit ainsi, en lettres d’or, une nouvelle épopée historique sans précédent dans l’histoire de l’humanité, à travers sa lutte continue pour récupérer ses terres usurpées et restaurer pleinement ses droits historiques légitimes.
La Tunisie rappelle également que la Palestine est un État au regard du droit international et qu’elle est reconnue par près de 150 États. Elle estime qu’il est désormais temps de lui accorder son droit légitime à une adhésion pleine et entière à l’Organisation des Nations Unies, sans davantage de tergiversations ni de re**rd.
La Tunisie renouvelle également, en cette occasion, son soutien inconditionnel au peuple palestinien frère dans la défense de son droit inaliénable et imprescriptible, et réaffirme sa position constante de soutien aux Palestiniens dans leur droit à l’autodétermination, dans leur lutte pour la récupération intégrale de leurs droits historiques légitimes et pour l’établissement de leur État sur l’ensemble du territoire palestinien avec Al-Qods Al-Charif comme capitale.

Today, 15 May 2026, marks the seventy-eighth anniversary of Nakba Day, on which we recall the struggle of the brave Palestinian people and their heroic steadfastness against the arrogance of the occupying authorities, in pursuit of their legitimate aspirations to live in freedom and dignity in an independent and sovereign State on all the land of Palestine.
This anniversary coincides with the continued violations by the occupying authorities of the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip, and the tightening of the siege on its residents through the closure of crossings, the prevention of humanitarian aid from entering, and restrictions on the movement of persons, which has led to the worsening of the humanitarian catastrophe endured by the people of the Strip.
It also comes as the authorities of the occupying entity persist in enacting racist laws, such as the law on the ex*****on of Palestinian prisoners, and in pursuing policies of annexing Palestinian land in the occupied West Bank and registering it under the name of the entity’s State, with the aim of expanding settlement and creating a new fait accompli to impose its alleged sovereignty over the occupied Palestinian territory, in flagrant violation of all relevant international laws and conventions.
On this symbolic anniversary, Tunisia renews its reverence and admiration for the heroic steadfastness of the brotherly Palestinian people, who stand alone in the face of the arrogance and tyranny of the occupying entity and the brutality of its military arsenal, amid the disturbing silence of the international community, thus inscribing, in letters of gold, a new historic epic, unparalleled in human history, in their ongoing struggle to recover their usurped lands and restore all their legitimate historical rights in full and without diminution.
Tunisia reminds that Palestine is a State under international law and is recognized by nearly 150 countries, and that the time has come to grant it its legitimate right to full membership in the United Nations, without further procrastination or delay.
On this occasion, Tunisia reiterates its unconditional support for the brotherly Palestinian people in defending their inalienable and imprescriptible right, and affirms its steadfast position in support of our Palestinian brothers in their right to self-determination and in their struggle to restore all their legitimate historical rights and establish their State on all the land of Palestine, with Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital.

تشارك مسرحية "هوما"من إخراج سيرين قنون في الدورة الواحدة والعشرين لمهرجان المسرح الحر الدولي، وذلك يوم الإثنين 17 ماي/أيار 2026، على الساعة الثامنة ليلا بمسرح صنوبر الرئيسي.
