Cali has chosen Elise as her human and it couldn’t get any cuter!
Soon, Cali will be preparing for the last big trip of her story — home to her forever sanctuary in the USA. 🛩️🌎
Cali’s story began in Okinawa, Japan, where she came into our care in November 2024. Since then, our lives have revolved around giving this little meerkat something she deserves: safety, stability, proper care, and a home she will never have to leave again.
Getting her home has been anything but simple.

🌿 And everything needed to safely settle her into her permanent home
After months of paperwork, preparation, setbacks, and determination, Cali has received the permits needed for her journey to the United States. Now we’re asking our friends, family, animal lovers, and supporters to help us get her across the finish line.
Every donation — $5, $10, $25, $50 or more — goes toward bringing Cali safely home and continuing her lifelong care at Cali’s Corner – Sanctuary, Rescue, & Rehabilitation.
This isn’t just a flight.
It’s the final leg of a journey that has crossed countries, oceans, and thousands of miles to give one little animal a second chance.
