本ポジションにおいて、エミはデンマーク企業と日本の主要パートナーをつなぐ重要な役割を担います。具体的なビジネス機会の発掘、ミッションの企画・運営、ならびに個別分野に関する助言を通じて、食品・農業・水産分野における両国間の連携強化に貢献してまいります 🤝

エミは今年3月にグローバル・スタディーズの学位を取得し、経済・政治・歴史・文化を国際的な視点から幅広く学びました。また、コペンハーゲン大学への交換留学を通じてデンマークでの生活を経験し、その貴重な異文化理解を現在の業務に活かしています。

大使館での勤務開始にあたり、彼女は次のように述べています：
「すべての人にとって欠かせない『食』という分野において、デンマークと日本をつなぐ架け橋となれることを大変嬉しく思います。日本人としてのバックグラウンドとデンマークでの交換留学経験を活かし、両国の協力関係のさらなる強化に尽力してまいります。」

We’re excited to introduce Emi Fujioka as our new Junior Commercial Officer for Food, Agriculture and Fisheries 🇩🇰🇯🇵

In this role, she will play an important part in connecting Danish companies with key partners in Japan. Through identifying concrete business opportunities, organizing delegations, and advicing Danish companies on specific topics, she will contribute to strengthening collaboration across the Food, Agriculture and Fisheries sector 🤝

Emi graduated this March with a degree in Global Studies, where she explored economics, politics, history, and culture from an international perspective. As part of her studies, she also spent time in Denmark as an exchange student at the University of Copenhagen, gaining valuable cross-cultural experience that she now brings into her role.

Excited about joining the Embassy, she shares: “I am truly delighted to contribute to building a bridge between Denmark and Japan in the essential field of food, which is fundamental to all people. Drawing on my background as a Japanese national and my experience as an exchange student in Denmark, I am committed to further strengthening cooperation between the two countries.”

エネルギー・環境分野担当のシニア・コマーシャル・オフィサーとして新たに着任した石黒幸雄をご紹介します。🌟

この役職では、日本におけるビジネス機会の発掘、会議や視察団の調整、そしてエネルギーおよび環境分野におけるプロジェクト支援を通じて、デンマーク企業と日本のパートナーをつなぐ重要な役割を担います。

石黒は、電力会社にて電気機械エンジニアとして20年以上の経験を有し、また大使館着任前の6年間は、海外における再生可能エネルギーの開発および投資プロジェクトに携わってきました。その豊富な経験とグローバルな視点は、今後の業務に大きく生かされることが期待されます。

新たな役職への意気込みについて、石黒は次のように述べています。
「エネルギーおよび環境分野において、デンマークと日本をつなぐ役割を担えることを大変嬉しく思います。世界の不確実性が高まる中、脱炭素社会の実現とエネルギー安全保障の確保に向けて、両国の取り組みに貢献していきたいと考えています。」

A warm welcome to Yukio Ishiguro – our new Senior Commercial Officer for Energy and Environment 🇩🇰🇯🇵.

In this role, he will drive partnerships between Danish companies and key stakeholders in Japan. By identifying strategic opportunities and facilitating targeted introductions, he will help Danish companies accelerate market entry and deliver tangible results within the Energy, Environment and Water sector.

Yukio brings over 20 years of experience working as an electro-mechanical engineer at a Japanese power company. In the six years prior to joining the embassy, he focused on renewable energy development and investment projects overseas. His extensive background and global perspective will contribute to his role.

Excited about his new position within the Embassy, he shares: “I’m excited to take on a role that connects Denmark and Japan in the energy and environment sectors. As global uncertainty continues to grow, I will work to contribute to both countries’ efforts to achieve a decarbonized society and ensure energy security.”

聴覚の健康の大切さ、そしてそれが人生を通してどれほど重要かについて改めて考える日です。
耳の聴こえは、健やかに年齢を重ね、社会とのつながりを深め、毎日の生活の質を高める大切な要素です。
在日デンマーク王国大使館は、健康およびイノベーション分野における日本・デンマーク間のパートナーシップを通じ、聴覚の健康への取り組みを支援しています。
そして日本では、3月3日は「耳の日」でもあります。「み（3）み（3）」の語呂にも合わせ、聴こえについて意識を高める日とされています。

Today is World Hearing Day 👂✨ Today is about raising awareness of hearing health and why it matters throughout life. Good hearing supports healthy ageing, social connection and quality of life.

At the Royal Danish Embassy in Japan, we support this agenda through partnerships between Denmark and Japan within health and innovation.

World Hearing Day takes place on 3/3 — partly because the number 3 resembles the shape of an ear. In Japan, 3 March is also known as Mimi no Hi (Ear Day). The number 3 can be read as “mi” in Japanese, so 3/3 becomes “mi-mi” — which also means “ear.”

リサイクルは単なる廃棄物処理ではありません ― 地域を通じた創造的な学びです

デンマークでは、リサイクルステーション（genbrugsstationer）は単なる廃棄物処理施設ではありません。持続可能な学びや創造性、そして循環型の暮らしを支える拠点でもあります。デンマークでは、資源は捨ててしまうにはあまりにも貴重なものと考えられています。素材に第二の命を与えることで、本来なら廃棄されていたかもしれないものを、コミュニティやイノベーション、そしてより環境に優しい未来への機会へと変えています。♻️

リサイクルセンターでは、誰かにとって不要になった古い家具や衣類、木材が、別の誰かの手で新しい命を吹き込まれます。多くのセンターではアップサイクルのワークショップも開催され、端材がDIY家具になり、スプーンが指輪に生まれ変わり、使い古した衣類がまったく新しいものへと変身します。🌱

学校や幼稚園もよく参加し、次世代が資源を大切にし、幼い頃から循環型のライフスタイルを実践することを学びます。
