Yesterday evening, my team represented me at the Kapkolalma family in Fipim Village, Simat/Kapseret Ward, to condole with them following the tragic loss of their beloved granddaughter, Baby Amiah, daughter of Judy Kolalma.

We stood with the family and joined hands in raising funds to support them with the burial expenses.

May God comfort the family during this difficult time. May the soul of Baby Amiah rest in eternal peace. 🕊️

*WORLD CEREBRAL PALSY DAY MESSAGE TO ALL KAPSERET CONSTITUENCY RESIDENTS AND UASIN GISHU COUNTY AT LARGE 2027 - 6 OCTOBER*

Today 6th October I John Kipkemboi Chumba Aspirant MP Kapseret Constituency 2027 join the whole world in marking World Cerebral Palsy Day under the powerful theme Different Abilities, Same Bright Futures.
This is a special day to remind all of us in Kapseret that our children and brothers and sisters living with cerebral palsy are not defined by wheelchairs, walkers or the challenges they face, they are defined by their courage, their smiles, their intelligence and their bright future and they are valued, capable and an important part of our Kapseret family.

World Cerebral Palsy Day is not just about awareness, it is about action and leadership that truly cares for everyone. It is about celebrating ability by focusing on what our children CAN do and not what they cannot do because every child in Kapseret has a God-given talent. It is about promoting inclusion by ensuring our schools in Simat/Kapseret, Kipkenyo, Ngeria, Megun and Langas Wards have ramps, accessible toilets, inclusive classrooms and trained teachers who understand special needs. It is about leaving no one behind by ensuring no family in Kapseret struggles alone to get therapy, education, wheelchairs and walkers for their children.

As your next MP Kapseret, my commitment to families affected by cerebral palsy is clear and from the heart:

First, I will champion *Inclusive Communities* in Kapseret where children with cerebral palsy play, learn, worship and grow together with other children without stigma, isolation or bullying because Kapseret ni yetu sote.

Second, I will fight for *Equal Opportunities* through fair NG-CDF bursaries for children with special needs, better access to physiotherapy and healthcare at our health facilities, provision of assistive devices and empowerment and support programs for parents and caregivers especially mothers who sacrifice daily with so much love.

Third, I will secure *Brighter Futures* by pushing for early screening and early intervention programs, more special needs teachers in our schools and a disability kitty in NG-CDF that actually reaches the ground because I believe Different Abilities must enjoy Same Bright Futures.

To all parents and caregivers in Kapseret who are raising children with cerebral palsy with endless love, patience and sacrifice even when society sometimes does not understand you, you are the true heroes and heroines of our constituency and I celebrate you today, I salute your sleepless nights and your strength, Mungu awabariki sana na awatie nguvu.

To our lovely children and people living with cerebral palsy in Kapseret, I want to tell you today, you are loved, you are capable, you are brilliant, you are our pride and your future is bright and under my leadership as MP Kapseret, you will be seen, you will be heard and you will never be left behind.

Celebrating Ability, Promoting Inclusion, Leaving No One Behind. Inclusive Communities, Equal Opportunities, Brighter Futures.

*HAPPY INTERNATIONAL TEACHERS' DAY MESSAGE TO ALL TEACHERS*

To all our dedicated teachers in Kapseret and Kenya at large, I celebrate you today.

If I am. John Kipkemboi Chumba today, it is because a teacher taught me. If your child will be a doctor, an engineer, a pilot or a leader tomorrow, it is because a teacher is molding them today. You are the real architects of our nation and the true heroes of our society.

Your hard work, your patience a Drnd your passion in those crowded classrooms is what is shaping a brighter future for our children in Simat, Kapseret, Kipkenyo, Ngeria, Megun, Langas and Kiplombe. Thank you for waking up early every day, for teaching with your heart, for using your own little salary to buy books for our children, and for never giving up even when the challenges are many. You are not just teaching ABC, you are teaching hope and you are building the tomorrow of Kapseret.

On this special day, I want to say to every ECDE teacher, every primary, JSS and secondary teacher, and to our retired teachers who laid the foundation - Asanteni sana. We have not forgotten your sacrifice.

Under my leadership of Rada ni Change na Form ni Chumba, I believe that a better teacher means a brighter Kapseret, and that is why I will always fight for modern classrooms and staffrooms worthy of you through NG-CDF, and for better support and training for all our teachers.

You are the real heroes. May God bless you abundantly.

Happy International Teachers' Day!

🇰🇪 KENYA’S INDUSTRIAL MOMENT — THE PROPOSED DANGOTE REFINERY

The proposed Dangote refinery and energy investment represents far more than another major project it is a bold step toward positioning Kenya as a central hub for investment, infrastructure, energy production and industrialization, making Kenya the next frontier for investment and economic growth in Africa.

With a proposed refining capacity of up to 700,000 barrels per day and the potential to support approximately 60,000 jobs, the investment could create opportunities for Kenyan workers, engineers, contractors, suppliers and businesses.

Strategically, the project could strengthen Lamu Port and the LAPSSET Corridor, stimulate infrastructure development, expand regional trade and accelerate economic growth.

Increased refining capacity could strengthen energy security, reduce dependence on imported refined petroleum products and help stabilize fuel supply and prices across the region.

Under H.E President William Samoei Ruto , economic diplomacy must translate into investment, infrastructure, industries, jobs and prosperity for our people.

🇰🇪KENYA — THE NEXT FRONTIER.
WE MUST PRODUCE. WE MUST BUILD. WE MUST INDUSTRIALIZE. WE MUST LEAD.
