Lenny kivuti and mwai kibaki were brothers , they worked together,stood with each other including times of difficulties e.g 2005 constitution amendments bill by mwai kibaki

In year 2005 when most people had turned aganist president mwai kibaki during the constitution change, it's only hon kivuti and hon kiraitu who stood with president mwai kibaki.

Those close to kibaki including sitting members of parliament and business community fed with money just to fight the gov't ended fighting him but by God's grace,

Constitution 2005 was passed in all constituencies in Embu,tharaka nithi and Meru counties. Due to this loyalty the gov't invested alot in Embu county leading to hon kivuti being allowed to have 2 universities in Embu county, ring roads ,cross roads, four dams , etc. Amongst other development programs in Embu county.
