This initiative, supported under the leadership of Njiru Ward MCA Engineer Carrington Heho, aims to improve access to organized and sustainable water services.
To apply for a new water meter through Nairobi Water, visit:
https://portal.nairobiwater.co.ke/applications/waterinstructions
Fill in the application form and upload the required documents including your ID, KRA PIN, and proof of property ownership or tenancy.
Once submitted, the process includes a site survey and payment of the required fee (approximately KES 5,000), with installation completed within 10 to 14 days.
Ensure all pending water bills on the property are cleared before applying.
Omega residents are urged to register for water meters as restoration works continue. This is key to ensuring reliable and organized water supply for all.
