Kisumu West Constituency

Yesterday, NG-CDF Kisumu West had the honour of hosting the NG-CDF Monitoring & Evaluation team led by Mr. Mugita Gesongo and Mr. Wasike, the Regional NG-CDF Manager.
Their visit focused on reviewing, discussing, and assessing the progress of ongoing projects as per the planned implementation schedule. This exercise promotes integrity in project delivery, proper documentation, accurate reporting, and ensures that all projects being undertaken truly benefit our community.
We successfully visited several project sites across the constituency, including:

4. Chulaimbo Secondary School
5. Sidika Primary School
6. Sabako Primary School
7. Tiengre Secondary School

The NGCDF Team accompanied the MP, Hon Rozah Buyu, MP Kisumu West On the second day of project launching, we handed over Kisumu West NG-CDF-funded projects to Arude Secondary ( Construction of 2 Classrooms), Eluhobe Primary (Renovation of 9 Classrooms), and Eshivalu Primary(Renovation of 8 classrooms).

The new classrooms and comprehensive renovations will enhance the learning space for students and hence enhance their performance

The NGCDF team accompanied the MP, Hon Rozah Buyu for the handing over the Renovated classrooms D**o Kokore and Kawino Primary Schools and the newly constructed classrooms at Ogada Primary.

The projects were funded by the Kisumu West NGCDF in the 2023/2024 financial year.

Male Adult Representative – 2 positions
Female Adult Representative – 2 positions
Male Youth Representative – 1 position
Female Youth Representative – 1 position
PWD Representative – 1 position
Requirements:

*Kenyan citizen, registered voter in Kisumu West.
*literate in English & Kiswahili.
*Meet Chapter Six requirements (clearance certificates).
*Not a public officer.
