May I take this opportunity to thank you,Your Excellency sir, Governor Jeremiah Lomorukai,Napotikan for having trust and confidence in me for appointing me as Chief Executive Committee Member to the department of Lands,Physical Planing and Urban Areas Management.

Later today,I held the Senior Management staff Meeting for the Ministry of Lands, Physical Planning and Urban Areas Management.

I used the opportunity to urge all the staff to work together for effective service delivery.

Also present were; CCO's Mr Robbert Bob Loyelei-Lands and Physical Planning and Mr.Peter Lomorukai-Municipality and Urban Areas Management.

Together with the Deputy County Secretary Dr. Albert Gamoe,We Presided over the Handing over Ceremony of County Chief officers Mr.Peter Lomorukai (Municipality and Urban Areas Management),Mr.Derrick Epae (Office of the Deputy Governor) and Robbert Loyelei (Lands and Physical Planning) at the Ministry of Lands Headquarters.

I Urged all CCOs' to work together for smooth achievement of the 9 points blue prints of the Governor.

Present were senior management from Ministry of Lands, Physical Planning and Urban Areas Management.

Today I hosted my colleague, CECM for Ministry of Water and Chairperson for CECMs Turkana County Hon. patrick Losike Lokaimoe who paid me a courtesy call at the Ministry of Lands,Physical Planning and Urban Areas Management Headquarters.

It was great to meet and exchange notes.Our focus was on working together ,strengthening areas that needs improvement across Turkana County and delivering the 9 points agenda of our Boss H.E Governor Jeremiah Lomorukai,Napotikan.

Earlier today I was handed over the Ministry of Lands,Physical Planning and Urban Management by my colleague CECM Mr. Peter Akono who will be in charge of the Ministry of Roads,Transport and Public Works onwards.

I am grateful to H.E Governor Jeremiah Lomorukai,Napotikan for having trust me.I therefore commit to deliver the Governor's Blue prints through this new Ministry.
The taking Over Ceremony was presided over by the County Secretary Peter Eripete.

Yesterday,CECM for Roads, Transport and Public Works Ms.Faith Akuwom Aletea joined Governor H.E Jeremiah Ekamais Lomorukai Napotikan during the swearing in of the newly appointed Chief officer for The office of the Deputy Governor Ms.Pauline Arot Tangarae who was later moved to the Ministry of Trade,Gender and Youth Affairs in the same position.

The CECM Ms.Faith Aletia signed the performance contract together with other CECMs.

For effectiveness and efficiency in service delivery, Governor H.E Hon Jeremiah Ekamais made Reshuffle for some ministries.CEC Faith Akuwom Aletea was transferred to the ministry of Lands,Planning,Urban Development and Municipality.

In the same occasion, The Governor Launched the Turkana County Staff Establishment Document.

Present was Hon Cecilia Asinyen (Turkana Mp),Hon.Emathe Namuar(Turkana Central Mp),Rt.Hon.Christopher Doye Nakuleu (Speaker of CAT) ,CECMs,CCOs ,County Secretary, Deputy County Secretary, TCPS Board,County Secretary and a host of MCAs.

Today, together with other senior county executive officials and other departmental/standing committee members of Turkana Legislative Assembly accompanied the Turkana County Governor H.E Jeremiah Ekamais to appear before Senate,Finace and Public Accounts Committee to clarify on quarries touching different departments in Turkana County Government.

Present were County Executives led by Dr.Michael Eregae (CEC Finace and Economics planning),Dr.Gilchrist Lokoel(CCO Medical and Sanitation),Ms. Nakaale Lotieng (CCO Lands),Dr.Ezekiel Ekuwam (CCO Livestocks&Fisheries)

Members of County Assembly Present were led by Hon.Samuel Lomodo(Minority Leader and MCA Lokichar),Hon.Abdifatta (MCA Kaaleng/Kaikor),Hon Edung Apuron (MCA Kalobeyei) and other notable leaders.

In Lokiriama Sub-County with the Turkana County first lady H.E Lilian EKAMAIS during "Aberu a Loima Sacco" meeting,

I used the opportunity to encourage table banking activities among the women of Loima Constituency and also our plan and achievements as the Ministry of Roads,transport and public works for Lokiriama and the whole of Turkana county
