Legislators allied to Deputy President; Nandi Senator, Cherargei and Murkomen are drafting a bill that will grant governors immunity from prosecution. This simply means that governors will be above the law, they won't be charged or prosecuted while in Office.

Do you agree with the senators? Personally I don't, this bill is ill advised, it will give the governors a Lee way and a free pass to steal, Squander, Loot, embezzle and plunder the public funds.
I love the work that the president, EACC and DCI are doing in war against graft. Public resources must not just be protected but used with prudence. Someone must be accountable and that is the county CEO who is the Governor.

The senators have a hidden agenda, they want to protect their financiers, (rogue Governors) their aim is only to circumvent justice system and transparency. We must strongly oppose the Bill.
