It is with deep shock and profound sorrow that I have learned of the passing of Rt. Hon. Raila Amolo Odinga — a true statesman, freedom fighter, and visionary leader whose voice and courage shaped the destiny of our nation.

Kenya has lost a patriot — a man whose love for this country knew no bounds, and whose sacrifices for freedom and democracy will echo through generations. There will never be one like him.

His unwavering commitment to justice, equality, and national unity has left an indelible mark on our nation’s soul.

My deepest condolences to Mama Ida Odinga, the entire Odinga family, and all Kenyans mourning this monumental loss.

May the Almighty grant his soul eternal peace and give his loved ones strength during this difficult time.
