I take this opportunity to thank residents of Mvita Constituency for the turnout witnessed across various wards during the collection of College and University bursary forms. Your dedication towards education and the future of our young people is commendable.

Education remains a powerful tool for transforming lives and together we will continue creating opportunities for every deserving student in Mvita.

Today, the NG-CDF Mvita Constituency, led by Mohammed Soud Machele, presided over the issuance of PWD bursary cheques worth KSh 4.7 million to over 500 students, with each beneficiary receiving KSh 9,000/-.

The bursary program aims to support learners living with disabilities by enhancing access to education and enabling them to pursue their academic dreams without financial barriers. This initiative reaffirms our commitment to inclusivity and ensuring that no child is left behind in the education journey.

The event was attended by the DCC Mr. Kalume Kashuru, Sub-County Director of Education Mr. Ali Buthul, Chairperson of Coast Alliance for Persons with Disability Md. Hamisa Zaja, Chiefs, Ali Bajaber, among other leaders and stakeholders.

Through continued investment in education, NG-CDF Mvita remains dedicated to empowering learners and building a better future for the community.

Held a productive consultative meeting with the NG-CDF Board to deliberate on key development priorities, project implementation and strategies aimed at enhancing service delivery and improving the welfare of our people through impactful community programs.

The second day of the NG-CDF Mvita PMC (Project Management Committee) training focused on financial management, risk management, and achieving zero-fault audits. Participants gained practical knowledge on accountability, proper use of funds, risk mitigation, and maintaining compliance through accurate record-keeping.

National Government Constituencies Development Fund Mvita held a Project Management Committee (PMC) training session with relevant stakeholders to discuss the management and procurement of NG-CDF projects, as well as the cross-cutting issues affecting the organization.

The first day of the two-day program was highly successful and provided committee members with valuable insights and the necessary information to enhance effective project implementation and oversight.y
