The Light House Villa A big two story 5 bedroom house with large glass windows and a magnificent view of the Old Town and Fort Jesus.

Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom and toilet.We have a swimming pool and a gazebo which is located at the end of the garden looking over the beach. Very relaxed homey atmosphere, lots of books and art to enjoy; guests feel free to use the kitchen, garden, TV room and living areas as their own. Great place to read, write, contemplate and revitalise. No pressure, no stress, no silly rules.

We have been beach cleaning! Boat sank off Diani about 3 weeks ago and we have been receiving its lode of plastic slab and foam bits for days during the neaps - horrible to watch it swirl around and around the mangroves right by the lighthouse. It took 3 days and about 30 big black bags. Now the challenge is what to do with it all? Some will go to fishermen who want to make floats. The rest? Any ideas? I have a small mountain. It looks like tsavo stone, someone said. Anyone want any?

Hi Everyone! Formerly known as 'Jasmine House Mombasa' we would like to inform you that we have moved and we are from now on to be known as 'The Light House Villa'. Though we loved Jasmine House and hold the fondest of memories from there we have moved on and up!

So please press ''LIKE'' because though Jasmine House was lovely and we will never forget it, The light House Villa is AMAZING and a whole new experience. We are right on the beach now and have a breathtaking view of the Old Town, we are right in view of Fort Jesus and Mombasa State House.

We now have a swimming pool and a Gazebo down by the beach!!
