The Real Flex is in living free from the chains of society s standards the ones that tell you how your life should look by a certain age. Society says you should have a stable job by 25, be married by 30, own a home by 35, and have kids before your body "runs out of time." It says success means a corner office, a fancy car, a partner who looks good in pictures, and a life that appears perfect online. It praises the loud and questions the quiet. It values achievement over peace, image over truth. But the older you get, the more you realize how empty those standards can be and how much they make you chase approval instead of purpose. You start to understand that none of those milestones guarantee happiness, and sometimes the bravest thing you can do is choose a life that makes sense to you, even if it doesn't make sense to anyone else. The real flex isn't in having it all together, it's in having the courage to live honestly, slowly, intentionally. To trust your own timing. To be at peace with being a work in progress. That's the kind of freedom no degree, no marriage, no job title, and no number of followers can ever give you.

People lack accountability, then say, You could've talked to me. No, I couldn't. You don't listen. You deflect. You twist everything into an attack and then play victim. Conversations with you arent healing, they re exhausting. And honestly, I don't owe my peace to someone who only shows up to win an argument, not to understand.

Slow Down And Be Patient With Life.
If you are looking for wealth, somebody else Is looking for health.
If you are looking for health, somebody else just dièd.
If you are looking for power, somebody else has acquired and used it, and he/she is now powerless.
Each time you drive a fancy car, somebody, somewhere is dying in a car crash.
Each time a new mansion springs from the earth, a new grave is dug below the earth.
Each time you throw away a morsel of food, somebody else somewhere is searching for a morsel to survive.
Each time you throw food into the dustbin, someone else is looking for remnant to eat.
Each time you ask God to promote or change your present situation, someone else Is praying to get to your present situation.
For each smile on the planet, there's a drop of tear in another place on the planet.
For each celebration of childbirth, there are tears of bùrial.
Each time you urinate or drink water, remember someone is using pipe for the same purpòse.
So always be thankful.
Think of the goodness/blessings you have rather than the vanities you long for.
