DEMOCRATS FOR ELECTORAL JUSTICE - KENYA (DFEJ)
The 2022 election will go down in history as one of the most opaque one to ever be conducted. From the process of preparation, the voting, the transmission, the tallying and eventually the mode of announcing the winners; it has set a precedent that will haunt even the children of our children. As it has been highlighted by the four dissenting commissioners, IEBC is an institution and is not a private entity of Mr Wafula Chebukati.
In this regard, we as like minded people who feel that justice was not carried out by the IEBC, will be holding several demonstrations in various towns in Kenya starting with the mother of all battles here in Nairobi where we will be converging at the Freedom Corner and later to the IEBC offices.
We still affirm that our preferred presidential candidate HE Hon Raila Amollo Odinga won the elections and that the certificate was unprocedurally awarded to Mr William Ruto. We therefore demand that:

1. The certificate awarded to Hon William Ruto be revoked with immediate effect.
2. The immediate reorganization of the IEBC.
3. Criminal charges be preferred against Mr Wafula Chebukati for abuse of office and gross misconduct in the handling of the 2022 elections.
4. Elections be conducted in the areas that IEBC has for no justifiable reason postponed like Mombasa and Kakamega,3 Constituences and wards.
