I strongly condemn, in the strongest terms possible, the reckless and malicious speech made today by impeached Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua, in which he attempted to associate His Excellency President William Ruto with criminal gangs and goons.
These utterances are not only false and irresponsible, but they also amount to dangerous hate speech that disrespects the Head of State and undermines the unity and stability of our Republic. It is unfortunate that a former holder of high office would descend to such levels of dishonor, spreading lies and incitement instead of fostering peace and cohesion among Kenyans.
Mr. Gachagua must be called to order. The Presidency is the highest symbol of authority and national unity, and it must be treated with utmost respect. Reckless words that seek to demean the President are, in reality, an attack on the people of Kenya and on our democratic institutions.
I therefore urge the relevant security agencies and institutions of justice to act accordingly and take immediate action against Mr. Gachagua’s hate speech. No one, regardless of position or past office, should be allowed to incite, divide, or peddle lies that endanger peace and national cohesion.
As leaders, we must rise above petty politics and dedicate ourselves to truth, respect, and service to the people. Kenya’s future depends on responsible leadership, and it is time we all upheld that sacred duty.

I have taken note of the recent remarks by former Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka alleging that President William Ruto is a liar. Such statements are not only unfortunate but also misleading to the Kenyan people.
President Ruto has consistently demonstrated commitment to delivering on his promises—whether in lowering the cost of living, empowering farmers, investing in affordable housing, or creating opportunities for our youth. Leadership must be about offering solutions and hope, not sowing seeds of division through baseless accusations.
At this critical time in our nation’s history, Kenyans deserve leaders who focus on unity, progress, and tangible results—not personal attacks. Empty rhetoric and name-calling will not put food on the table or create jobs for our young people.
I urge our leaders, especially those who have had the privilege of serving at the highest levels of government, to engage in constructive debate anchored on facts, policy, and vision. The people of Kenya are watching, and they know the difference between genuine leadership and political theatrics.
President William Ruto remains committed to serving all Kenyans with honesty, hard work, and accountability. The journey of transforming our country cannot be distracted by political noise.

It's a good morning and a good Monday. May you all have a fruitful week
Let's learn to speak out for all whose rights are violated.
Let's speak out for all abductees whether Luo, Kikuyu, Luyha, Embu, Kamba, Mjikenda, Kisii, Kalenjin.
Let us speak for all abductees and victims of forced disappearance from independence to date - Kungu Karumba, J.M Kariuki, Robert Ouko, River Yala, Ngong Forest, CORD, Azimio, Mmbijuwe and all present day abductees.
It is unfortunate the current media driven rage on abductions of youths wasn't evident when abducted and killed bodies were being retrieved from "the River Yala, Shakahola and when Kenyans were brutalized, abducted and killed last year, especially in Kisumu! It was sad watching those now crying loudest about abductions - led by H.E. Rigathi Gachagua, EGH - celebrate and support brute and fatal force by the police against Kenyans who were only exercising their human rights and fundamental freedoms to protest for rights under the Constitution.
May we also hold our rightful institutions to account. It is wrong to blame the President William Samoei Ruto for the failure of other independent institutions like the Police.

The Church is supposed to preach peace not undermine peace. When we have church leaders trying to undermine the Government of the day, there is a problem. Archbishop Anyolo cannot play dictator in Diocese of Nairobi but have a problem with the President being firm in exercising authority in his Government. Those who have told Church leaders that they can abuse their position of trust to hold Government hostage are misleading them. What is needful is dialogue between Political Leaders and Religious Leaders and each to respect the place and position of each other. If today the Government of Kenya was in peril, it is church members mainly women and children who would suffer the most. The Church has to be careful in it's statements and positions to avoid gaslighting wrong elements who may want to put our prejudice our peace. A religious leader cannot lock the door for anyone. There is no blanket condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.

Paul Muite: We'll appeal & appeal & appeal.
When Donald Trump lost election in 2020, he filed over 52 petitions, lost all of them appealed all, lost all the appeals.
SC Paul Muite is taking the impeached DP along that road. They've sued Hon Mutuse, National Assembly of Kenya, the Speaker of the NA, the Senate of Kenya, the Senate Speaker, the President of Kenya, the Gov't of Kenya, the Republic of Kenya.
They're challenging the powers of DCJ to assign judges to hear the case, the composition of bench, the consolidation of the cases, the time allocation.
They're bringing in new faces everyday to add to their drama. Yesterday, it was Khaminwa, today it's another person I fear saying their name.
In the end, they will lose all the cases, they'll appeal, they'll lose all the appeals. They'll refuse to accept that they lost.
I have always suspected that the impeached DP is a dramatic fellow but I didn't know Paul Muite is a consummate & dramatic maestro in the game of musical chairs.
