These farmer groups!! since 2013 the National Government of Kenya has supported the agricultural sector into spuring the economic development in the country through well funded programs like the Kenya Climate Smart Agricultural programme (KCSAP), National Agricultural Rural integrated Programme and the Kenya livestock commercialization programme. These programs have been able to institutionalize agriculture in the country, which is one of the basic steps a country needs to undertake if the agriculture sector has to be transformed. Most of the transformation is seen but the disciples of this transformation(farmers, farmers groups) are blind to the fact: just like Thomas the disciple of Jesus demand to see the physical transformation by himself for himself. This has made me to design a leadership program called AGRISC(Agri-supplychain) which addresses leadership issues that contribute to agribusiness clients weaker and more unsustainable supply chain.
