Today is International Day of Peace. On this day, SADES-Kenya celebrates all their partners for being at the forefront of mitigating violence and restoring peace in various communities across Kenya. We also call upon you to take part in peacebuilding processes today and always because peace is not an event but an everyday effort. Peace is Possible! Peace is Practical! Peace is Powerful!

The outcome of their participation in peace processes however depicts emergence of lasting peace agreements which aid in mitigating conflict in our communities.
