We are a support company contracted by an NGO in Need of online customer care agents and advertisers in Nairobi, kiambu and Thika who will be responsible for attending to clients and responding to online chats, Sms, emails and social media platforms, and with a starting salary of 30k Gross pay plus Benefits.

Duties:

Manage online customer support.

Work closely with distributors.

Qualifications :

Fluency in English and kiswahili languages

The opportunity is open to college/University final year students, Fresh graduates, unemployed, employed, Form four leavers
