TRA Board Chairman, Hon. Benjamin Washiali, Director Josephine Kinyuti and Management of the Tourism Regulatory Authority led by the Director General Mr. Norbert Talam participated in the 3rd Annual Regulatory Authorities and Agencies Conference held at South Eastern Kenya University, bringing together Regulatory Authorities and Agencies from across Government to deliberate on strengthening regulatory effectiveness, accountability, and citizen-centred service delivery.

The forum focused on the importance of results-driven regulations, evidence-based decision-making and efficient ex*****on of mandates in advancing responsive and people-centred public service delivery.
