MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS WALK - UTAWALA,EMBAKASI EAST CONSTITUENCY,NAIROBI COUNTY

We assembled at the Mihango Police Station for a Mental Health Awareness Walk in collaboration with various partners, hosted by Graceworld Foundation.

The walk brought together community members, volunteers, leaders, and mental health advocates united by a common purpose: to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and promote conversations around mental wellness. Through this initiative, we reaffirmed the importance of creating supportive communities where individuals can seek help, access information, and prioritize their mental wellbeing without fear of judgment.

Awareness creation on taking care of our environment is very vital in building responsible and sustainable communities. Through environmental education, communities are empowered to embrace practices such as proper waste management, tree planting, clean-up activities, water conservation, and climate-smart agriculture.
