Out of 54 polling stations that the Supreme Court ordered for scrutiny and recount of the ballot papers, only 45 polling stations exists. 9 of the 54 are 'non existence' polling stations. This is according to the final report presented to the Judiciary, the findings shall be read in the Supreme Court of Kenya today.

Why should they refuse to open servers?

There are No form 34As in the ballot boxes. Each box was to have them.

The polling stations do not exist.

So far, 4 out of 15 polling stations that the Supreme Court ordered for the recount do not appear physically. They're not gazetted, they dont exist.

1. Belgut primary school: It’s not registered as a polling station or centre in Kericho county.

2. Tinderet CONMO: No polling center or station with such name.

3. Jarok: No polling center or station with such name.

4. Chepkutum primary school -Not gazetted
