Guests can shop at Nyali Nakumatt Shopping Mall or tour Bamburi Nature trails animal orphanage. Tembo Disco and Bobs Bar and restaurant are nearby for guests to unwind.

Dear Guests,
To ensure that your stay at Wetlands Apartments is as pleasant as possible, we request you to kindly adhere to the following rules and regulations. RECEPTION
Our Apartments are manned all day long by a dedicated team who are always happy to help with any questions or concerns you may have. We request all our guests to present copies of their valid national ID card or passport, or any valid proof of identity to the relevant employee upon check in. ROOMS
1) Normally, we provide one key per room.
2) On the day of arrival, rooms are available from 10.00 AM, and should be vacated before 10.00AM on the day of the departure.
3) Extra laguage can be stored by our staff free of charge.
4) Although an extra key can be borrowed from our staff at any time, it must be returned immediately after use, and on departure all keys must be returned to the reception desk.
5) Guests must not move furnishings, or interfere with the electrical network or any other installations in the rooms or on the premises without the consent of the management. If any malfunction is discovered during your stay please report this to the reception and we will repair this as soon as possible.
6) Keep your door locked when not in the room or when sleeping. The Apartment will not in any way whatsoever, be responsible for any loss of guest’s belonging or any other property. Valuables can be stored safely at the reception free of charge.
7) Upon departure, guests are obliged to turn off all water faucets, the lights in the room and its facilities as well as fan and to close the door as they leave. Keep your door and windows closed when the fan is working.
8) Smoking is not allowed in the room for security reasons.
9) Washing of clothes In rooms is not permitted. Laundry services are available on request, at the reception.
10) Please do not dispose tampons or sanitary napkins in the toilets. All bathrooms are equipped with sanitary bags and waste bins, so please use them.
11) A guest may not use his or her own electrical appliances, such as iron box, juicers, electric kettles e.t.c
12) For the purposes of the guest’s personal safety and comfort. Please ask for assistance if need be but you can use laptops and flashlights in your room but be sure not to disturb other guests.
13) Your visitors are restricted to the sitting and dinning rooms only. Unless authorized by the management. The rooms can not be used by more persons than originally booked, if more persons’ are admitted they will be charged accordingly.
14) If a guest becomes ill or injured, the staff may offer assistance or, as the case may be, arrange for the guest to be taken to hospital, at the guest expenses.
15) Windows may be opened solely for the purpose of ventilating rooms for safety reasons, you’re not permitted to lean on windows or sit on them. It is also not allowed to throw anything out of the windows.
16) On the day of departure, all beds must be stripped and waste deposited into the waste disposal provided. If needed, large trash bags are available at the reception desk. Please be sure to collect all your belongings.
17) Upon departure, an Apartment staff member will inspect each room together with a group/ family leader. Lost keys and belongings will be charged.
18) The use of the internet computer in the dinning area is unlimited for in house guests only.
19) For security reasons, it is not appropriate to leave children under 10 years of age without adult supervision in the room or other areas on the premises. Jumping and playing on the furniture is not allowed.
20) All guests should observe night time hours, please maintain peace and quite, be sure not to disturb the other guests in the other rooms or neighbors. MANAGEMENTS’ RIGHTS
The management reserves the absolute right of admission into the Apartments. Incase of breach of these rules and regulations, the guest(s) will be requested to vacate his /his room immediately without any further notice. The guest(s) shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In default, the management will be entitled to remove the luggage and belongings of the visitors from the room occupied by him or her, with a three member committee in attendance, the room will be locked and rented to another guest. This will only happen if the person(s) occupying the room(s) are disturbing the peace or/ the safety of the Apartment/ personnel of the Apartment or/ the neighbors. MEALS
1) Be careful when using important equipments like gas cooker, pressure cooker, hot water e.t.c in the kitchen.
2) Food and beverages should be served and taken in the dinning room, please bring used dishes, silverware and waste to the designated waste disposal stations.
3) If any leakages occur in the kitchen, be advised, we shall charge you in full for replacement. QUITE HOURS, ORDER & SAFETY
1) Quite hours begin at 11.00 PM to 0500 AM and apply to all rooms, hallways and exteriors areas. Disregard of quite hours can lead to immediate dismissal from the house. We expect our guests to treat each other and our staff with the utmost respect.
2) After 11.00 PM all noise must be avoided upon leaving or coming back to the Apartment, out of respect for the Apartment’s neighbors and guests.
3) The Apartment is secure 24hrs a day and inspections patrols are made all through out the night.
4) Non-resident persons are only allowed to enter the Apartment after consultation with the management. The Apartment reserves the right to decline the entrance in particular cases. ALCOHOL, SMOKING, ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES & WEAPONS.
1) It is prohibited to bring alcoholic beverages into the Apartment.
2) Smoking is prohibited in the entire Apartments but may, however be permitted in specifically designated outdoor areas.
3) The Apartment assumes no responsibility for the costs of fire alarms set off by illicit smoking, the smoker will pay any such costs.
4) Bringing illegal substances and weapons into the apartments is strictly forbidden and will lead to immediate dismissal and notification of the proper authorities. SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR ACCOMODATION
Bookings can only be confirmed upon payment of minimum 50% of total booking fee. This amount will be deposited in an account nominated by the Apartment. All walk in guests bookings must be paid in full at the time of check in at the reception. ENJOY YOUR STAY WITH US!!
