A team from Anglican Development Services Kenya (ADS-Kenya) recently visited 27 Farms in Kiambu, owned by Mrs. Jacky Baiya, a MASHAV alumni of the 2025 Small Ruminants Farming Course in Israel.
Since returning from Israel, Mrs. Baiya has been putting knowledge into action and opening her farm as a learning hub for fellow farmers and agricultural practitioners. The visit provided hands-on insights into goat farming, breed management, and practical innovations for improved livestock production.
This is the true impact of MASHAV training, which empowers the alumni to become local champions of knowledge-sharing and agricultural transformation within their communities.

What began as training in Israel has continued into lasting regional partnerships and friendships.โจ
Alumni of the MASHAV Intensive Vegetable Production course from Malawi and Zambia recently reunited at one of Zambiaโs largest Agricultural Technologies Expos โ reconnecting, exchanging ideas, and strengthening collaborations first built during their time in Israel.
A powerful reminder that MASHAV programs are not only about skills and knowledge, but also about building networks that continue creating impact across Africa long after the training ends.๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ค๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ผ
