MY MANIFESTO
1. PAY SCHOOL FEES FREE
My system will pay school fees, uniforms, pens and all other things that the student is supposed to be using in the class as from form one, two, three, four, universities and other colleges free of charge. Also those who are borders will be provided with 3,000 as their pocket money each and every term, universities and other colleges will be funded 6,000 every semester and this will be done between my P.A, I and the student.
2. TAMARC ROADS/ STREET LIGHTS
All internal local roads to be tarmac and and to be fitted with street lights everywhere in all Budalangi towns, centers and all internal roads. Since I was born, all towns and centers of Budalangi were dusty and in order to change Budalangi, I’m going to use Cabro works blocks to shape the Budalangi town so that our ladies and gentlemen should not srep on the dust anymore because Budalangi must change at all cost.
3. FISHING SECTOR
In Budalangi, fishing is our natural resource, to improve our fishing sector, we must make sure that we impose and intensify our security in our lake water with Uganda. My system will wipe out poverty from our fishing sector within two years by mounting three powerful torches on our pride hills such as John Osogo hill, Namenya hill at Port Victoria, Njallagobe hill at Rudacho Bulemia areas and Sumba hill. I will also use three powerful speed boats as this will completely stop the so called Wasijos and the Kenyan counter parts from stealing the Gogos and other equipment.
4. MILITARY ( KDF) AND POLICE RECRUITMENT
My system will make sure that Cs for defense and Cs for interior ministry be very clear in slot numbers, we must know exactly our slot numbers in order to understand how many recruits are supposed to be employed from Busia county as well as Budalangi constituency so that if it is ten personnel is ten personnel not to come and cheat us by recruiting only two from Budalangi.
5. PHYSICAL FITNESS AMONG THE YOUTHS IN BUDALANGI CONSTITUENCY
Because I am a black belt in martial arts and kung-fu expert, I am going to make sure that each and every Budalangi center will be equipped with a gym for our youths,both boys and girls to start training body building , weight lifting, wrestling ,judo, karate, tae kwondo, kung-fu, basketball,netball, football and all other kinds of indoor games. This will help our young talented youths in Budalangi to access I Kenya and outside the country.
6. IRRIGATION IN BUDALANGI
The people of Budalangi are very lucky to be blessed by the Lake Victoria and River Nzoia. My system will be forced to be mounting some heavy duty water tanks on top of the hills. It will also be forced to buy some through powerful generators which will be pumping water up to the main tanks on the hills then down to the homes and to the shambas to assist people to be able to receive some clean water for their health. I will make sure that all homes/villages are fitted with pipes to supply water to our small shambas for irrigation so that my people can start preparing their small scale farming. My system will also try to come and be close to the ruling president and his government so that they can receive some planting seeds and manure/ mbolea free of charge for them to start farming in Budalangi constituency with me as Budalangi MP, being assisted by Budalangi defense council with our capability will be able to steer and transform Budalangi to look like Kericho and other Kalenjin areas.
7. FISHING INDUSTRY0
My system will assist our fishermen by buying three fishing boats, two commercial boats to assist them to sail and fish inside international water Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania, also it will assist them b buying three lorries to transport their fish to Nairobi, Gikomba, Mombasa and Kongowea market. My people will also be able to travel by means of their commercial boat from Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania without risking their lives because each type of Egypt, Jordanians boats can accommodate the capacity of 120 fishermen and 120 passengers. Each fisherman or passenger will be issued a bag (P.L.P.J). Passengers’ life pressure jacket for their safety in the water. We will make sure that this system automatically operates in Lake Victoria and Nzoia.
RUNYA AND RUKALA SQUATTERS
For those who are staying there legally they will not be evicted. Just be or stay comfortable nobody will evict you from there, if you will vote for Bruce, the Odany as firmly will help you how to get some little deeds legally.
8. WOMEN AND YOUTH DEVELOPMENT
We thank God for blessing the Odany’s family with enough land at Runya and Rukala area, therefore the Odany’s family will assist those who are staying there as squatters by issuing or providing them with what we call title deeds.
Also the Odany’s family will assist women and youth by giving them some parts of land at Runya and Rukala projects such as fish pond for the youths, chicken and its eggs to the women and men of Budalangi constituency.
9. My system will assist all groups in Budalangi such as women and men development groups , fishermen and women groups, youth groups and young talented groups.
10. My system will also organize and form what we call micro-fiinance in Budalangi constituency so that any group or any individual can be able to come and borrow some cash from Budalangi CDF micro finance bank in order to improve his or her life.
11. LAND DEMARCATION IN BUDALANGI
My system will make sure that all Budalangi people get a piece of land and its title deed so that they can also get access to the banks like K.C.B, equity, Co-operative, Barclays and other banks and in that case if I’m going to be elected as Budalangi MP, I will make sure I stand firm with them as their guarantee so that they can also approach their banks and borrow some cash for their development in Budalangi.
12. ABANYALA TRADITIONALS
My system will make sure that all Abanyala traditions such as okhulwana eminyikha, okhukerana nende amaro must return back to normal like before.
13. HOW TO USE C.D.F
My system will form a group of wazee men and women, youths ladies and boys, physically challenged people, the MP and his two P.A in order to perform what we call an oath by holding holy bible and the holy Quran in front of the people of Budalangi so that whoever tries to mess up with CDF must carry his or her own cross. The group will be called Budalangi defense council.
After five years our neighboring constituencies like Samia and Siaya constituency will be getting food from our constituency.
14. OLD INFRASTRUCTURES IN BUDALANGI
My system will also make sure that all old infrastructures in Budalangi are transformed from old buildings to new business flats which the banks will build for them, and bank repayments will be done every month for duration of 10 to 20 years.
