Afrika ICT Strategies Inc. is a Washington DC Kenyan Diaspora institution since 2003, that offers e-Government, e-Commerce consulting services to African Governments.
We are currently implementing a Cyber Security system to curb the 830 million hacks that happen in Kenya. e-Citizen application now offers over 20,000 services. It is naturally very targeted by cyber criminals who keep attacking the application.
Salamanet is an IBM based Cyber Security application that will put a hedge around many Government of Kenya applications that have been very susceptible to cyber attacks.
Salamanet is a Washington DC Kenya Diaspora brain gain development to safeguard GOK's digital services that will enhance awareness on Cyber Attacks on CRITICAL SYSTEMS like e-Citizen and the need management of cyber criminals activities through implementation of the Computer Misuse and Cyber Crimes Act, 2018 Security.
Upon completion of the application, there will be very many Cyber Cafes offering maintenance and support to Citizens who need to access the over 20,000 services offered on e-Citizen application. This final phase of the project will establish Business Mentoring Centers known as MAPAPO through out the Counties and will assist the youth to establish BPOs and Call Centers from outsourced services on e-Citizen.
