This is where the COURT overturns what the the BBI BILL entails. THE JUDGES SHOULD HAVE CONSIDERED THAT:

● 43 out of 47 counties passed the amendments.
● 5M signatures were collected and validated by IEBC
● SENATE passed the Bill
● National Assembly passed anonymously

Therefore amendments were CONSTITUTIONAL
