Department of Conflict Management and Peace Building Unit is a department in the Office of the Deputy President tasked with identifying and solving conflict and advocating for peace in Kenya. Currently the department is implementing the ELLA (Evidence and Lessons from Latin America) programme in Kilifi and Bungoma counties following a successful tour in El Salvador where the programme has contributed to lower crime in the country.
