KISUMU NORTH WARD!!! SOMETHING IS WRONG,,,,

Raila Odinga is currently 73. He's nine years short of 82, Jaramogi's age at the time of his death. And if you use Jomo Kenyatta as the reference point, it means Raila Odinga has 14 more years, before 87, Jomo's age at the time of his death.
Any African who wants to be president must do so before 80. At 80, your health begins to deteriorate, your immunity must be put on a periodical boost, and your energy cannot sustain a grueling presidential campaign any longer.
Martin Meredith, in The State of Africa, says President Jomo Kenyatta began showing signs of physical infirmity at 79 when he suffered his first ruthless heart attack. He would sit in front of the television to watch news, and before his aides knew it the guy had slept on the couch. They would tip-toe into the room to switch off the television set, after which Jomo would be carefully carried to his bed to retire for the night. He would die eight years later in his sleep at State House Mombasa.
The oldest living Kenyan political figurehead is Sir Charles Mugane Njonjo. The Duke of Kabeteshire turned 98 this year, and he credits that long life to minding his business after he was banished by President Moi in mid 1980s. Njonjo was never seen in public for almost 14 years. Had he not saved energy, he would most likely have been comatose right now.
President Daniel Moi is 94, and if you've seen the latest images from Kabarak, the guy struggles to hold a firm handshake his memory has also begun failing him. Mwai Kibaki is 86, and the less said about his health the better. Next in the pecking order is Baroness Ngina Muhoho at 85. The last time a blogger leaked a photo of her visiting a relative at a Nairobi Hospital, the guy found himself in simmering hot water. It is most likely she is saving her diminishing energy for longer. Hibernation being her most reliable friend, right now.
It means Raila Odinga has one last chance at the presidency in 2022, when he will be 77. After that, it won't matter whether he injects himself with alligator serum or chew a sack of beetroot every hour, he will never have the energy to involve himself in a subsequent revolutionary cause, especially one that involves constant running battles with the government of the day. If his quest for the presidency goes beyond 2022, he will have to significantly reduce the number of political campaigns he will attend, it means he will have to invest in a more youthful tag-team to do the running around for him. That youthful tag-team must start showing up for work right now.
The other option is to join a political trajectory that will assure him of the Presidency in 2022 without breaking much sweat. The surest way to be president of this country is to be the system's blue-eyed boy. The system is euphemism for this elite club of old-moneyed-chaps who run this country behind the scenes. The system prefers a quiet, malleable, non-confrontational figure-head with a bonus if he comes from an aristocratic background. Raila Odinga fits all that description and he is odds-on favorite to be the system's pick in 2022 if he shows his hand early and they get to sign on some ground rules.
The problem with being a system's guy is that it drains your revolutionary fire. You can longer shout whenever things go wrong, because it is the system which makes things go wrong. The only way a system's guy can change the system is to whisper his disaffection behind closed doors, and even then there is no guarantee something will be done. To be a system's guy is to relinquish some of your cherished ideologies. To be a system's guy is to be quiet even when you should speak out. To be a system's guy is not for the faint of heart.
Which means anyone expecting Raila Odinga to be back on the warpath with government will wait until they see the mother of Omolo Kanyunja. It means that time has come for someone to rise up in ODM and carry along the revolutionary torch Raila Odinga would have wished to carry at this time of his political life. It means if ODM goes to 2022 still singing the oppressor's tune, they run the risk of losing the moral authority they had going into the 2017 elections.
It means Kenya is about to become a one-party state
