COMFUND WEATHER CHANNEL: EXPECT 'STRONG' EL NINO RAINS THIS OCTOBER:

Kenya Meteorological Department is reporting high chance of experiencing 'above-average' rains during this coming October-November-December 2026 rain Season.

"Observations indicate that El nino is strengthening further and evolving towards a strong event," Meteorology Department says.

These rains are expected to start between 1st and 3rd week of October, lasting into January 2027 in many parts of the country, as per the report.
