A Embaixada de Portugal em Nairobi tem o prazer de anunciar que a convocatória para o Fundo de Pequenos Projetos 2026, do Camões I.P., está aberta e decorrerá até 20 de abril.

Este fundo visa apoiar iniciativas de cooperação e desenvolvimento que respondam a necessidades sociais essenciais, em particular nas áreas da educação, saúde, igualdade de género e sustentabilidade ambiental.
O Fundo de Pequenos Projetos destina-se a apoiar iniciativas que, devido à sua natureza específica e escala modesta, não sejam elegíveis para outras formas de apoio no âmbito da Cooperação Portuguesa.

Organizações da sociedade civil sem fins lucrativos e organizações comunitárias no Quénia podem candidatar-se.

🇰🇪 Cooperation for development – Call for proposals for the Small Projects Fund 2026

The Embassy of Portugal in Nairobi is pleased to announce that the call for proposals for the 2026 Small Projects Fund, from Camões I.P., is now open and will run until the 20th of April.

This fund aims to support cooperation and development initiatives that address key social needs, particularly in the areas of education, health, gender equality, and environmental sustainability.
The Small Projects Fund is designed to assist initiatives that, due to their specific nature and modest scale, do not qualify for other forms of support under Portuguese Cooperation.

Non-profit civil society organizations and community-based organizations in Kenya are eligible to apply.

Os proprietários florestais dispõem até ao próximo dia 25 de março para comunicar ao Instituto da Conservação da Natureza e das Florestas (ICNF, I.P.) ou à respetiva autarquia local a sua intenção de proceder, por sua responsabilidade, às intervenções de gestão florestal previstas.

Following the damage caused by storm Kristin, an exceptional and temporary regime has been established allowing forest management operations to be carried out in affected areas.

Owners of forest areas have until March 25th to notify the Institute for Nature Conservation and Forests (ICNF, I.P.) or their respective local authority of their intention to proceed, at their own responsibility, with the planned forest management interventions.
