Background:
The National University of Battambang Alumni Association was established in 2021 under the National University of Battambang Reform, led by HE Sar Sokha, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and Chairman of NUBB Reform Commission. Under the guidance and support of HE Sok Khorn, Rector of the National University of Battambang, the Alumni Association was initiated by electing and selecting the seats for the first term in accordance with the principles of the NUBB Alumni Association. The first Alumni Association agreed to develop the strategy as follows:
