នាថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ យោងតាមព្រះរាជតម្រិះដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ សម្ដេចព្រះមហាក្សត្រី នរោត្ដម មុនិនាថ សីហនុ ព្រះវររាជមាតាជាតិខ្មែរ ក្នុងសេរីភាព សេចក្តីថ្លៃថ្នូរ និងសុភមង្គល,សម្ដេចមហាមន្ត្រី គុយ សុផល ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងព្រះបរមរាជវាំង បានប្រគល់ជូនលោក ប្លែស គីលីយ៉ង់ សហប្រធាននៃសារមន្ទីរសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនិងរូបិយវត្ថុ ព្រះស្រីឦសានវរ្ម័ន (ស.ស.រ) នូវសៀវភៅកម្រងរូបភាពស្ដីពី “ព្រះរាជសកម្មភាព និងព្រះរាជសមិទ្ធផល សម្ដេចព្រះមហាក្សត្រី ព្រះវររាជមាតាជាតិខ្មែរ នរោត្ដម មុនិនាថ សីហនុ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ជាទីគោរពសក្ការៈដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់បំផុត នៅរាជធានី-ខេត្តនានា ទូទាំងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា (២០២៣-២០២៥)” ដើម្បីតម្កល់ទុកនៅក្នុងបណ្ណាល័យនៃសារមន្ទីរ ស.ស.រ ជាឯកសារ ដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់ សម្រាប់ការសិក្សា យល់ដឹង និងស្រាវជ្រាវ។

On May 13, 2026, upon the royal instruction of Her Majesty Queen Mother NORODOM MONINEATH SIHANOUK of Cambodia, Samdech Mahamontrei Kuy Sophal, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Royal Palace, presented to Mr. Blaise Kilian, Co-Director of the Preah Srey Icanavarman Museum (SOSORO) a publication titled "Royal Activities and Achievements of Her Majesty Queen Mother NORODOM MONINEATH SIHANOUK of Cambodia in the Capital and Provinces Throughout the Kingdom of Cambodia (2023-2025)". This precious document will be made available to the public at the library of the SOSORO Museum, for general information and research purposes.

ការបន្តចុះអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នាស្តីអំពី “កម្មវិធីវិស័យធនាគារសម្រាប់អក្ខរកម្មសេដ្ឋកិច្ច’’ នេះនឹងបង្កើនលទ្ធភាពឱ្យសិស្សានុសិស្សមកពីគ្រឹះស្ថានអប់រំរដ្ឋអាចមកទស្សនាសារមន្ទីរ ស.ស.រ របស់ធនាគារជាតិនៃកម្ពុជា បានកាន់តែច្រើន ដោយមានជំនួយពីដៃគូធនាគារ និងគ្រឹះស្ថានហិរញ្ញវត្ថុសំខាន់ៗ ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់ការយល់ដឹងបន្ថែមអំពីប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនិងរូបិយវត្ថុជាតិ។
មកទល់បច្ចុប្បន្ន តាមរយៈគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមនេះ ធនាគារឯកជនកម្ពុជាបានរួមចំណែកក្នុងមូលនិធិសម្រាប់ចំណាយលើថ្លៃដឹកជញ្ជូននិងថ្លៃទស្សនា និងបានផ្តល់ឱកាសដល់សិស្សានុសិស្សប្រមាណ ១៥,០០០នាក់ មកពីគ្រឹះស្ថានអប់រំរដ្ឋក្នុងរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ពីតំបន់ជាយរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ និងពីខេត្តកំពង់ធំ រតនគិរី ស្ទឹងត្រែង ក្រចេះ និងកំពង់ចាម អាចមកទស្សនាសារមន្ទីរ ស.ស.រ។

On May 12, 2026, the Preah Srey Içanavarman Museum of Economy and Money (SOSORO) and The Association of Banks in Cambodia (ABC) renewed their Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in a ceremony presided over by His Excellency Yim Leat, Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia, representing Her Excellency Dr. Chea Serey, Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia, and took place at the SOSORO Museum, reaffirming the banking sector’s commitment to economic education for Cambodian youth.
The renewed Memorandum of Understanding on the “Banking Sector Program for Economic Literacy” will further expand access for public school students to the National Bank of Cambodia’s SOSORO Museum, through the continued support of key banking and financial services partners to promote greater understanding of Cambodia’s economic and monetary history.
To date, the initiative — through which Cambodian private banks contribute to a dedicated fund covering transportation and visit expenses — has enabled more than 15,000 public state school students from Phnom Penh and its periphery, as well as from Kampong Thom, Ratanakiri, Stung Treng, Kratie and Kampong Cham provinces to visit the SOSORO Museum.

The "Garage Lan Hoard" discovered in 2011 at Angkor Borei constitutes major evidence of the use of a monetary system in early Funan during the 5th–6th centuries AD. Most of the coins belong to the renowned "Rising Sun” type, associated with the Pyu city-states in present-day Myanmar.
