ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំដើម្បីពិនិត្យ និងពិភាក្សាលើសេចក្ដីព្រាងប្រកាសស្ដីពីបទបញ្ជាផ្ទៃក្នុងរបស់ក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច សេចក្ដីព្រាងប្រកាសស្ដីពីរូបសញ្ញានិងត្រារបស់វិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិអធិការកិច្ច និងសេចក្ដីព្រាងប្រកាសស្ដីពីរូបសញ្ញានិងត្រារបស់មន្ទីរអធិការកិច្ចរាជធានី-ខេត្ត ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ នៃអនុក្រុមការងារពាក់ព័ន្ធនានា នៃក្រុមការងារតាមដាន និងត្រួតពិនិត្យការអនុវត្តយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ ព៤ជ៤ របស់ក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច។

អង្គប្រជុំបានពិភាក្សា និងចូលរួមផ្ដល់ជាធាតុចូលបន្ថែមដើម្បីឱ្យឯកសារទាំងនេះកាន់តែមានភាពគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយ ស្របតាមទិដ្ឋភាពច្បាប់ បច្ចេកទេស និងស្ថានភាពជាក់ស្តែងនៃការអនុវត្តការងារ។ ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានផ្តល់អនុសាសន៍ណែនាំតម្រង់ទិសដល់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនៃអនុក្រុមការងារទាំងអស់ ក្នុងការកែសម្រួលលិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្តខាងលើនេះឱ្យកាន់តែមានភាពពេញលេញ ដើម្បីធានាឱ្យសេចក្តីព្រាងលិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្តទាំងនេះមានភាពច្បាស់លាស់ និងអាចយកទៅអនុវត្តប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាពខ្ពស់ ដើម្បីពង្រឹងយន្តការការងាររបស់ក្រសួងឱ្យកាន់តែមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព។

SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection, chaired a meeting to review and discuss the Draft Prakas on the Internal Regulations of the Ministry of Inspection, the Draft Prakas on the Logo and Seal of the National Institute of Inspection, and the Draft Prakas on the Logo and Seal of the Municipal-Provincial Departments of Inspection, with the participation of leaders from various relevant sub-working groups of the Working Group for Monitoring the Implementation of the "S4P4" Strategy of the Ministry of Inspection at the Ministry.

The meeting discussed and provided additional inputs to make these documents more comprehensive, aligning them with legal and technical aspects as well as practical work ex*****on realities. On that occasion, H.E. Minister provided guiding recommendations to all sub-working group leaders to further refine the above legal and regulatory instruments to be more complete, ensuring that these draft legal instruments are clear and can be implemented with high efficiency to further strengthen the effectiveness of the Ministry's operational mechanisms.

ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន សមាជិកគណៈអចិន្រ្តៃយ៍នៃគណៈកម្មាធិការកណ្ដាល សហភាពសហព័ន្ធយុវជនកម្ពុជា (ស.ស.យ.ក.) បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមកម្មវិធី «ដាស់ស្មារតីជាតិ» (Day of Reckoning) ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ ឯកឧត្តម ហ៊ុន ម៉ានី ប្រធានសហភាពសហព័ន្ធយុវជនកម្ពុជា នៅពហុកីឡដ្ឋានជាតិអូឡាំពិក។

កម្មវិធី «ដាស់ស្មារតីជាតិ» ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងជំរុញការចងចាំពីអ្វីដែលកម្ពុជាធ្លាប់បានឆ្លងកាត់ និងប្រែក្លាយការឈឺចាប់ក្នុងអតីតកាល ឱ្យទៅជាកម្លាំងជំរុញទឹកចិត្តប្រជាជនក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍសមត្ថភាព និងការកសាងជាតិឱ្យកាន់តែរឹងមាំ ដោយបញ្ចៀសដាច់ខាតនូវទស្សនៈជ្រុលនិយម និងការគុំកួនសងសឹក។

HUN Many, President of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia, at the National Olympic Stadium.

The "Day of Reckoning" event was organized to foster remembrance of what Cambodia has gone through and to transform the pain of the past into a driving force for the people to develop their capabilities and build a stronger nation, while strictly avoiding radical views and retaliation.

ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី បានណែនាំឱ្យថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្រ្តីជំនាញទាំងអស់ ត្រូវបន្តខិតខំជំរុញការងារបរិវត្តកម្មឌីជីថលរបស់ក្រសួងដោយផ្តោតលើការរៀបចំប្រព័ន្ធឌីជីថលនៃសរសរស្តម្ភសំខាន់ៗឱ្យមានភាពច្បាស់លាស់ និងការរៀបចំប្រព័ន្ធគាំទ្រមុខងារស្នូលសំខាន់ៗរបស់ក្រសួងក្នុងទិដ្ឋភាពជារួម ដើម្បីធានាបាននូវសង្គតិភាព និងភាពពេញលេញនៃការអនុវត្តការងារជាប្រព័ន្ធ។

H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection, chaired a meeting to review, discuss, and monitor the work progress of the Department of Digital Transformation, with the participation of leaders and technical officials of the department at the Ministry.

The meeting discussed and provided key inputs regarding the work progress of the Department of Digital Transformation, which includes the development of soft and hard infrastructure, the development of digital infrastructure, and human resources training, as well as the upcoming action plan to be implemented in accordance with the "S4P4" Strategy of the Ministry of Inspection.

On that occasion, H.E. Minister instructed all leaders and technical officials to continue their efforts in driving the Ministry's digital transformation by focusing on clearly setting up the digital system of the key pillars and organizing systems that support the Ministry's core functions in an overall aspect to ensure consistency and completeness in systematic work ex*****on.

ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញទទួលស្វាគមន៍ និងអម ឯកឧត្តម ហ៊ុន ម៉ានី ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងមុខងារសាធារណៈ ចុះពិនិត្យសកម្មភាពជំរឿនមន្ត្រីជាក់ស្តែងនៅតាមរចនាសម្ព័ន្ធរបស់អង្គភាពនានាក្រោមឱវាទក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួង។

ក្នុងដំណើរការនៃការធ្វើជំរឿននៅក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមធ្វើជំរឿនដោយផ្ទាល់ ព្រមទាំងមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្រ្តីរាជការគ្រប់ជាន់ថ្នាក់នៃក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ចជាបន្តបន្ទាប់ ដើម្បីធ្វើជំរឿនដោយផ្ទាល់ តាមការកំណត់ដោយគណៈកម្មការធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពរចនាសម្ព័ន្ធ និងជំរឿនមន្ត្រីជាក់ស្តែងនៅតាមរចនាសម្ព័ន្ធ និងក្រុមការងារចុះជំរឿនរបស់ក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច។

សូមជម្រាបជូនផងដែរថា ដំណើរការចុះជំរឿនរយៈពេល ២ថ្ងៃ របស់ក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី២៦ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦នេះ គឺធ្វើឡើងដើម្បីអនុវត្តតាមការណែនាំរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ក្នុងការជំរុញការធ្វើជំរឿនមន្ត្រីរាជការស៊ីវិលទូទាំងប្រទេសរបស់ក្រសួងមុខងារសាធារណៈ សំដៅផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ទិន្នន័យក្នុងប្រព័ន្ធព័ត៌មាន ឱ្យស្របនឹងចំនួនមន្ត្រីដែលកំពុងបំពេញភារកិច្ចជាក់ស្តែង។ ការងារដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់នេះ មិនត្រឹមតែជាការចូលរួមចំណែកក្នុងយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រកំណែទម្រង់រដ្ឋបាលសាធារណៈរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែថែមទាំងជាគ្រឹះដ៏សំខាន់ក្នុងការធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពរចនាសម្ព័ន្ធផ្ទៃក្នុង ដើម្បីធានាបាននូវតម្លាភាព គណនេយ្យភាព និងបង្កើនប្រសិទ្ធភាពនៃការគ្រប់គ្រងធនធានមនុស្សរបស់ក្រសួងផងដែរ។

H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection, welcomed and accompanied H.E. HUN Many, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Civil Service, during his inspection visit to observe the ongoing census activities concerning actual officials serving within units under the Ministry of Inspection, at the Ministry.

During the census process at the Ministry of Inspection, H.E. Minister personally participated in the census activities, alongside the continued participation of leaders and civil servants at all levels of the Ministry, who took part in the census in accordance with the arrangements set by the Commission for Structural Updating and Census of Actual Officials, as well as the Ministry’s census working groups.

It should also be noted that the Ministry of Inspection’s two-day census operation, conducted from 26 to 27 May 2026, was undertaken in accordance with the Royal Government’s guidance on promoting the nationwide civil service census initiative led by the Ministry of Civil Service, with the aim of verifying data in the information system against the actual number of officials currently performing duties. This important work not only contributes to the Royal Government’s public administration reform strategy, but also serves as a key foundation for updating the Ministry’s internal organizational structure in order to ensure transparency, accountability, and enhanced efficiency in human resource management.
