On the afternoon of March 18, 2025, H.E. Ermenegildo Kupa Lopes, Ambassador of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste and Dean of the Diplomatic Corps to the Kingdom of Cambodia, paid a courtesy call to H.E. Ermenegildo Kupa Lopes, Ambassador of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste and Dean of the Diplomatic Corps to the Kingdom of Cambodia, paid a courtesy visit to H.E. On the afternoon of 20th January 2025 in SiemReap Province Cambodia, H.E Ermenegildo Kupa Lopes, Ambassador of Republic Democratic Timor-Leste and Dean of the Diplomatic Corps to the kingdom of Cambodia accompanied Minister H.E Miguel Margue Goncalves Manetelu, Minister of Transport and Communication of Democratic Timor Leste to the MoU signing between the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste (MTC) and The Ministry of Post and Telecommunications of the Kingdom of Cambodia (MPTC) . Both Party have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding(MoU) on Cooperation in the Fields of Post, Telecommunications, Information and Communications Technology, and Digital Transformation. The MoU is designed to promote cooperation, technical development, and human resources development between the two countries in four key sectors, namely: (1) Postal Services, (2) Telecommunications, (3) Information and Communications Technology (ICT), and (4) Exchange of experiences in driving digital transformation.

On the morning of 17th January 2025, H.E Ermenegildo Kupa Lopes, Ambassador of Republic Democratic Timor-Leste and Dean of the Diplomatic Corps to the kingdom of Cambodia, warmly welcome Mr. Vanlalvawna Bawitlung, newly appointed Ambassador of Republic of the India to the Kingdom of Cambodia. For the first time, Embassy of Timor-Leste in Cambodia participated in the Sea Festival Fair organized by the Ministry of Tourism of Cambodia, from 13-15 December 2024.

The Embassy was delighted and honord by the visit of Samdech Moha Borvorthipadei HUN MANET, the Prime Minister and H.E Dr. PICH Chanmony, First lady of Kingdom of Cambodia, Minister of Tourism, His Excellency Huot Hak, local and internationa organizatuons and other entities to the booth.

Mr. Nguyen Huy Tang. As dean of the diplomatic Corps, it is an honor to present the Silver Plate, on behalf of the the diplomatic corps as a token of appreciate of H.E Mr. Nguyen Huy Tang’s time and achievements in Cambodia. We wish His Excellency continued success and prosperity in his future endeavors.
